Received the wrong product as I can see many others have here. Contacted their customer service and was asked to return via the returns label that was not included in the package.

Customer service then sent a shipping label for a company not widely used in the UK. After three failed attempts to return I fed this back to the team, reiterating my intention to return the product, while also asking when I will be receiving my actual order or a refund.

For the last week, it has simply been delay tactics from their customer service, I've not received the products I ordered, and no refund.

I am now instigating a chargeback process to recover my funds. Order from this website at your own risk.

Review of Blinds 2go

Grey is acceptable for a white product - apparently

Had plenty of products from Blinds2Go with no issue. What was delivered has always matched the onsite imagery.

Based on this, I placed my last order without getting a sample. Big mistake. My chalk white blinds have been delivered as dark grey. At first I thought this was an error, and a sample was dispatched which did indeed match.

Based on this, Blinds2Go are refusing to remake these. While I admit, I should have got a sample, Blinds2Go are failing to note that any imagery on their site relating to the product should be representative of the product as per ASA guidance.

As many others have noted, their Customer Service is not great, never answering direct questions - I suspect it's a bot. And I can see lots of issues with "white" products turning up grey.

Just sad that this is how repeat customers are treated. Be careful out there folks.

Let's see what the ASA make of this.
