Non-existent Customer Service!

I ordered the Eyephalt. Used it once & developed an itchy rash under my eyes - obviously an allergic reaction. I emailed the company - no response. I reached out on their Instagram page & their FB page - no response. I have only 14 days to return this and the time is running out.
This is a SCAM - run, don't walk away.

Great customer service - great clothing!

Bonnie, my customer service rep, always goes above & beyond! She is very responsive and takes care of whatever issue I'm having. Besides the clothing is superb - the materials are soft & durable - the best clothing I've ever purchased! One note: the tops run pretty small. I weigh 105lbs - and I often need a LARGE in tops.

Great customer service - superb clothing!

Great customer service! I had to exchange a few items, and Bonnie has assisted me. She's been so helpful!
Did I mention how superbly made the clothing is?? Well, the thermal tops, skirts, and dresses are amazing quality - so warm & well-made! My only request is that they had a petite version of pants & skirts for those who are 5'1 or 5'2" - I've had to alter some items. Oh, the tops also run on the small side. I weigh only 100 lbs - size small in the tops is skin-tight on me. At age 71, skin-tight is not a good look 🫤 However, all in all, I'm so glad i found oglmove! Am so happy with my purchases.

Great Product & Great Customer Service!

Bonnie, my customer service rep, was awesome. She went above & beyond to help me with a return and my new order.
Also the fabric used in OGLmove's clothing is beautiful, especially in the thermal tops. I am very happy, both with the clothing & with OGLmove's customer service!

Customer service great - Return policy not so much

The customer service was WONDERFUL, but the return policy is terrible.
The Ellen Wille Touch wig I received must have been defective. I received it with 2 platinum streaks of hair in the front only of a very brown wig. When I tried to return it for a full refund, I was told because I tried it on and ran my fingers through the front of the hair (which I did to get the hair out of my eyes), it was not returnable.
I turned around and bought the same wig from wigs.com, which has a wonderful return policy, but received a perfect Touch with muted blonde streaks from them. Needless to say, I won't be shopping at Spellbound again unless I already have tried on a wig elsewhere and am POSITIVE I won't need to return it. PS As mentioned in my review of the product, an exception was made by Spellbound and I received a partial refund at least; this is why I rated the customer service as wonderful, but the return policy not.

Sadly, we cannot accept returns that show wear or have been modified in any way, however it does look like we did make an exception for you, investigated the issue with the manufacturer, accepted your return, refunded you, and we will donate the piece to someone in need within the community.

Terrible Refund Policy

My son paid for a month of service with several gb of data. After 10 hours on the phone with customer service over a 3 day period, he never could get any data service - Or visual voicemail - though he paid for both. So, within the 7 day refund period, he cancelled and went back to Verizon; voila! Both data and visual voicemail work. However, Redpocket refused a refund. Their policy is that once you activate service or use any of the service, no refund. The only service used was phone calls to Redpocket itself and a few text messages. It's unbelievable that, if they are unable to give you access to the data you PAID for, that they won't issue a refund! As I result, Redpocket is losing 4 accounts: my husband's, mine, my son's, and my daughter-in-law's. I do not want to do business with a company that will not give you what you paid for - and will not refund you when they cannot. Though the customer service reps are nice, they are not properly trained to resolve basic issues like why a customer has no access to data. Company's refund policy is terrible.

Shame on SquareTrade!

In the past, SquareTrade was awesome. If they could not repair your item, they issued an Amazon gift card for the FULL purchase price that you paid on the receipt for the item. NO LONGER TRUE. They mail you a check for "FAST CASH" - $10-30 less than what you paid for your item. Not just that, if they cannot repair your item, they give you the option of getting a replacement - not with the same make & model of what you had - but something 'with similar functionality.' I argued with a customer service rep about it. He told me to read my contract. I found my contract (from 2018 when I purchased my high-end coffeemaker) it reads, "Coverage Amount: The purchase price of the Covered Product." SquareTrade will not honor their own contract!
I've checked with both Asurion and Upsie - both issue a refund of the purchase price you paid for the original item if they are unable to repair or replace with the SAME brand, SAME model.
Shame on SquareTrade!

30 day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee...NOT!

Though my receipt clearly states "30 day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. We will refund your purchase no questions asked," I tried to return my purchase 15 days after delivery, and I was told I only have 10 DAYS to ask for a refund!
This company is not to be trusted!

Mate Bike - well worth the wait!!

Generally, consumers only comment when there is a problem. So, I just had to take a moment to post a POSITIVE comment. We received our Mates a month ago and are thoroughly enjoying them! They were a little hard to fold at first and quite heavy for us at 60+ yrs young. However, the quality is definitely there. Very comfortable seat, amazing battery life, etc. Yes, we had to wait a year for delivery – but these bikes are well worth the wait. The bike shop that assembled them was amazed at the quality of the Mate, especially for the price.
Also, the Mate team posted regular updates during the campaign - 60 or 70 updates! Backing a start up company usually comes with risks, and delays are part of the experience. It's unfortunate, but it's the nature of the beast. When I wrote to customer service with concerns about delivery or, once delivered, with questions about operation of the bike, a member of the team responded with detailed info within 24 hours each time. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Mate as a Company or their product. Great job, Mate team!
