I bake all my own bread.
I have been using Mathew’s Canadian strong flour mixed with Cotswold Crunch for some years now.
I can highly recommend both of these flours. They make great bread (with little effort) which knocks the supermarket pap out of the park.

Having been a customer of this company…

Having been a customer of this company for a number of years, my latest delivery arrived with obvious rodent damage. Despite repeated emails to the company to alert them of this problem, I have received no response let alone recompense for the contaminated product.

Product was good but DX couriers failed…

Product was good but DX couriers failed to deliver 4 times when we were at home.
When package arrived it was damaged and 3 of the 5 bags of flour had split.
