Good service, going by our experience, but I don’t see why they do not cover underfloor heating

Efficient service but I am disappointed that quite a few of the logs are thicker (NB not 'longer' - they are all to the required standard length for woodburners) than is easily fitted into our woodburner. And NB the third party delivery company has an extremely unreliable delivery system/app which gives 'estimates' of delivery time which are so inaccurate as to be worse than useless. Do not rely on these.

A very straightforward system and on the whole very helpfully stet up. It's not immediately apparent which reward a backer has chosen, but you can always download a data file to check. It would be better if the final download file (Excel) separated the first and second name fields, so that you can more easily use the data in a mail merge.
