Beautiful,equality flour.Excellent range of different flour. Delivery is quick and flour is packed well(shrink slapped on strong box). I have been buying Matthew's Cotswold flour for the last five years and have recommended it to friends and family.

Beautiful flowers delivered on time. However the courier(Evri) did not handle them with respect. The box was handed upside down and when opened the moist wrapping had detached from the flowers and the box was wet inside.

Left outside next door at a derelict empty property. If I hadn't looked for it when I'd had the message to say it was delivered and left at porch. I wouldn't have eecieved it. I haven't got a porch and we were in all day waiting for the delivery. Not happy !!

The person delivering my parcels has just left my parcel on the step, got in his car and drove off. I understand the need for none contact. But if I didnt hear the door bell or knock or I wasnt in, the parcel would be left there and probably stolen. On one occasion my parcel was thrown or forced under the gate and when I found it it was sitting in a puddle. The parcel contained card and craft items. The envelope was soaked and the card was damaged. You asked me to be honest ! Mrs Hughes
