I came to purchase a new tv. The store was not very busy. My wife and I stood and waited for a good 15 minutes for someone to come over to the tv section in the end I went and asked for assistance. We chose the tv and paid for it. I then had to wait a further 15min at least for someone to get it from the store. Not the service I expect from a store of this reputation.

The flour produced by Matthews is by far the best that I have used to date. The range of flours they produce is very widespread and caters for all my baking needs.l have been using it now for over 5 years the best move I ever made. There delivery now has improved significantly so no complaints, would highly recommend.

The flour is the best around by a mile. The down side is that after the order is placed you have no idea when it is going to arrive. A bit more information on delivery would be greatly appreciated.

My order was delivered on time as stated . Have not used the bbq yet so can't rate the product. I have now used the bbq wonderful product. The accessories paella pan fits a treat I have also baked bread on a pizza stone.

Ordered on Tuesday delivered on Thursday by two very efficient delivery people. What could be better. Top marks to you all. Have not used the cooker yet.

I had a tap with no manufacturer name on it. So sent a photos of tap and the insert. Had a reply the following morning with the part number. Ordered the insert it arrived by post the following morning. Could not be more impressed as the bathroom / kitchen shop round the corner still have not been in touch . THANKYOU
