Yes, one of your team rang me but then promised to ring me back at 3 pm to try and resolve this matter, which you cant, but they never did ring back. Anyway we have been lied to so many times by your staff we would not believe anything that they would say.Please acknowledge that you received our termination notice as we would never use your company again

fraudulent liars i hope they go bust soon

This company phoned me in the summer about renewing my electric contract with them but despite hours on the phone i could not get any paperwork from them .My husband then tried again in October and they cancelled the agreement he made with them when they got off the phone. In both cases they did not tell us that they had cancelled the agreement. If they had not messed us about and lied at every turn we could of got a better deal elsewhere before every thing went mad and as our contract runs out in a month we have looked at new contracts and it is all too much for our tiny bakery and we have to close which is due to their incompetence.
