Exceptional value. Loved the choice of two types of wood in one delivery. Trial run for us using the heat logs for the first time included in the bundle on offer. Very impressed with the slow burn. Ideal for leaving fire in at night. Easy delivery. Always return to TIMPORTS when needing more wood. Reliable, efficient and good value.

Nightmare. Used this site before. No problems. Today filled in forms, used Interparcel generated customs numbers, paid the fee required. Payment accepted. Times for collection given. Then email to say customs numbers were wrong! Sent to Government site , where the paper chase began! No instructions as to how to give required details. Timed out after beginning printing, but not getting shipping label due to incorrect numbers give by Interparcel themselves.Surely they should keep their site up to date. No reply as yet for refund. Will not recommend or use again

Unfortunately my recent purchase of a skirt was not quite what I wanted, so I decided to return it. A quick trip to our nearest store, handed over the garment and within a couple of minutes I was refunded. So quick and easy compared to others stores. I love Next clothing and the selection they have. It is great to be able to purchase on line and return if needed, , or visit the store either way it is a very pleasant and easy experience.

I have purchased Boden garments for many years . For myself , daughters and grandchildren. The quality is aways good and spot on with trends. Modern twists , but not over the top. A good service is provided and returns or complaints are listened to. Children’s clothes are excellent and survive the wear and tear and can be handed down to a sibling or cousin. Dresses can be kept and brought out years later (as I do) and still feel “with it” Would always recommend!!

Fantastic range of flours. All well described and their uses in different types of baking. The flour arrives well packaged and is always fresh. Love the recipe suggestions as well. I love everything we use the flour for in baking, from pastries and cakes to bread, only downside everything is so scrumptious I can’t resist eating it all. Hence a size larger in clothes!! Oh well not giving up on one of life’s greatest pleasures!!!

The pictures on the website were great. The fern arrived in the size stated. One was perfect and very healthy, the second was a dry stump with a shrivelled leaf. Have put them out into larger pots and hoping the non starter makes a move. A bit disappointed as they had some good reviews. It was off putting as this was our first purchase with Gardening Express.

Delivered on time, well packed on crate, and as described. Beech Wood. Kiln Dry as stated and burns really well. Very Pleased . Will buy again. This was our second delivery.

Delivered swiftly, so easy to get upstairs in its box. No struggles with our difficult cottage landing. Fitted the bed a treat and oh so comfy. Would buy again and definitely recommend.

Excellent service . Went above and beyond to sort our “ rogue” mattress. Phoned to get correct labelling which the bed company did not supply for a return mattress which they previously had delivered with a new bed, which did not fit the bed( sold to fit but didnt) Came back next day with labels and brought the replacement from another company . So helpful, polite and knew what they were doing. Would highly recommend this company
