One star only because I have to

One star only because I have to. Bad business. Do not waste your time or money. I ordered 4 paint by numbers. When they finally got here, their pictures were very different than the ones advertised. I emailed them to ask for a refund and directions for returning. They then asked for pictures and tried to say that this was normal for oil painting. I sent pictures of the ones I ordered on line and the ones I received. The second email they agreed to accept the return but said I have to pay for the shipping to China. In their advertisements it clearly says there is a 30 day return policy. They gave me a sketchy address, not sure if it's a real address. They said they will send a return slip which they never did. Needless to say, this will go right in the garbage. 60.00 down the drain. Don't buy from these people.

I dont want to give any stars

I dont want to give any stars! Please beware! Do not buy from this company. They are scammers. If I can save one person from losing there money I will be happy! I ordered a swimming pool July 8th. 15 minutes after I ordered it, I changed my mind. Their policy tells you that you can and will get a refund if product wasnt shipped. They responded by saying they got my message and started a ticket. I quickly realized that this was going to be a problem. I opened a claim through paypal to try to get my money back. After I was denied, because it wasnt in the timeframe to meet there qualifications for a refund, I started to email the company again. They asked me to close my case with paypal and they would work with me. So I did. Then they offered me 20% of my money back that I have never recieved the pool. Then they replied in a different response that they found the pool, they apologized for the shipment problem, and now are shipping it through a different company??? What in the hell is going on. I've asked them atleast 25 times to refund my money. It's that simple. I am currently trying to reopen my case and send paypal my emails from them in hopes of a refund.
