Worst customer service I’ve ever seen,these guys don't deserve to stay in the crypto marketplace! I’m a beginner yeah, with their interface you can easily get lost.I've deposited some fiat money but nothing was transferred into my account.Run of this platform guys if you don’t want headache. I’m struggling to get a response.,they don’t give a monkey on their customers.

I’ve been a customer since 2017 and traded thousands of dollars on bittrex. I went to change my email login with them and it escalated into being locked out of my account for over a year. You go back and forth with these children in customer support who just play games with you. They force you to submit three photos with ID, and claim they’re aren’t good enough. Let alone I answered all their questions about when I opened the account and specific transactions no one else could know. I just want to set up my API’s and get my transactions for tax purposes and be done with this clown act, but I can not get access to my account. Thank God I always withdraw funds after transactions or they would have my assets hostage!

Worst site ever, impossible to withdraw funds, and customer service is useless.

They took my account hostage for no reason and want more verification but I'm an account holder since 2017 with no issues at all. This is insane and could cause me lots of loss because I can't trade now probably for weeks. Will withdraw all my money after this incident. This should be reported to the police and other authorities ...

Hi all i have a problem which never has been solved. For last 3 years i am sending tickets and no reply!!!
Is it any legal way to claim my assets with bittrex. Please advise if any one gone through that process.

This company is terrible, especially the support only want to avoid any work to do for the customers. They are not able to provide service. Don't open a ticket, they won't be able to solve anything. They only will request additional docs for verification reasons and are not intersted in solving issues.

Never ever use this platform they are just some amatures who are providing poor service not professional not secure horrible support worst customer service at all, one of the worst platforms I don't advise anyone to use check any other one and see all other reviews are negative, nobody is satisfied with them.

They banned my country after my account was working fine !!! then I tried to login it asked for ID verification, there's not even the option to upload the docs of my country as it's not supported .. lol

so how will I verify my ID ?? I've contacted them, they asked for horrible proofs like if I'm purchasing drugs or maybe trying to access a Bank management system .. lol

They wanted selife with a paper with hand writing date of the day and website name and the id and looking to the cam, then stand by right side, then by left side LOOOOOOOOOOOL .. W TF

I've asked to know if my account has any balance to see if it deserve that sh!t or not, as I didn't login for long time and I don't remember if there's any balance or not I just wanted to take a look.

they refused even to tell me and they wanted me to do all of this sh!t first ..

donno who r these kids actually to ask anyone for all of these requests and who allowed them to do so ? I guess they should be caught and jailed to stop asking people for showing too much sensetive info that way as if they are FBI agents

Bittrex is an outright scam. It is beyond me how they are a legal American company.

They will do anything possible to hold your funds without returning them. Never trust a custodial platform. I am learning this the hard way.

They will let you do anything with great ease, except withdraw your funds to a bank account.

In May 2022 the platform requested me to upload my drivers license again. Its system keeps rejecting it because it claims it is blurred which the license is not. Zendesk says it will not accept any other form of ID but a valid state DL. I need to remove my tokens on the exchange and need to download my transactions for tax year 2022. Zendesk says there is nothing they can do. I have been using this exchange since 2017.

After years of trading with Bittrex for many years I can advise anyone who trades there to withdraw their funds and run a mile.They are flat out scammers.My first experience was a few years back had 24 eth stolen right off the site.After a long battle I was made out to be at fault.I know believe they are responsible and stole this.I kept trading.Then my account was locked.After nearly a year and many attempt to provide all the ID they require they have simply closed my account.I have been told I can move my coins.However I am unable to log in or recover anything.We need a class action lawsuit these outright criminals need to be bought to book and jailed.If anyone can point me in the right direction i would be most greatful.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

After being a loyal customer for years, they flagged a transaction and closed my account with NO warning. I disputed it, they asked for various photos and other documents which I provided. They then said they were terminating my client relationship. I had trades in and this caused me great financial loss by being unable to access my funds. Two months later and they ask me to provide refund addresses. I am not waiting on my funds and receive this: Your locale is no longer supported by Bittrex and your account has been disabled.

They are awful people. They will disable your account for literally no reason and then demand you send them several pictures of yourself and even more pictures of your ID to unlock it. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.

I have coins stuck on bittrex for over a year claiming wallet maintenance..

Bunch of scammers refusing to release my coins under this excuse.

This exchange has a lot of altcoins and has been around for some years. It's decent and fairly safe.
It's just an unbelievable hassle to get KYC-verified and if you are a bigger crypto player, they will ask an insane amount of information like proof of source of funds etc. Takes a LOT of time and trial and error to go through this process. For small holders, this is a good exchange.

just can't believe how badly this exchange is failing its customers, it's like they just don't give one iota about them. If you've been lucky so far, be warned, your time will come. I've been a user for 5 years so I should know. Their fees are excessive, their compliance is annoying, their liquidity sucks, and some of their practices are frankly criminal. Congrats Bittrex for showing us how not to do good business, I'm sure that you've made yourselves very rich but you will continue to lose market share and become an irrelevance. If you're looking for a new exchange RUN THE OTHER WAY, there are so many things about Bittrex that suck I can't begin to tell you. Do yourself a big favour, go find somewhere else to deposit your money, basically anything else would be an improvement on these muppets.

Bittrex requested me provide screenshots of my personal wallet I've withdrawn funds to "as prove of sources for funding account"

Wait a second! I have provided COMPLETE documentation how Bittrex account was funded!

I could continue to provide further documentation related to my personal wallet that was used ONLY to withdraw funds from Bittrex and never used to deposit funds to Bittrex but I stopped there. It is red line - my personal wallet I used to withdraw funds from Bittrex is my personal business! What they will ask next - provide my private key?

Hear me - Withdraw your funds before it is too late!

Canadians need to move their crypto out of bittrex, they sent me an email telling me so. I go to move my btc and my account is magically disabled after 2 years. They tell me they can't activate my account because I'm canadian. So my crypto gets forfeited to them. What a scam. What a sad excuse for a company
