Worst company ever. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR E-Mail because they will spam you for life. Yes for life. I've deleted my account already 10 times (yes ... the account is still there ... ) and deactivated all notifications 5 times and they still SPAM me every single day. Spammers and scammers.

Absolutely awesome wallet. Probably even the best one out there. Not the cheapest but with FTX integration and other changes the commission has gone down to an acceptable level. I think my crypto is very safe there. It's not like a paper wallet, but on the other side it's almost as comfortable as a full size exchange, but without the risk of censorship, confiscation, account locks or other things which often happen for no reason on some major exchanges now.
I've used their support many times already and it was super friendly and super helpful every single time. Couldn't be more happy.

They took my account hostage for no reason and want more verification but I'm an account holder since 2017 with no issues at all. This is insane and could cause me lots of loss because I can't trade now probably for weeks. Will withdraw all my money after this incident. This should be reported to the police and other authorities ...

Worst company on the planet. Big warning! Make sure you read this before you subscribe because they will never, never, never ever let you go out of the contract. Of course they say that you can cancel any time even pro-rated, but it won't ever happen. The only way to cancel the contract is by phone and this is how it went in the last 2 months when calling them:
1. they connected me endless times till I gave up
2. they told me they cannot understand me ...
3. they said they accepted the cancellation but did nothing and just keep billing me
4. go back to #1 and cycle 10 times .... this what happened to us and problem still not solved. I hope somebody will file a lawsuit against these scammers and take them out of business to avoid further damage for other people.

I made an honest review about this program and then in a sudden a whole 'army' from triplesynclogic started attacking me personally just because of my honest opinion. This is why is makes me believe that this is not a very honest company or program when people cannot even leave there honest opinion without being personally attacked. Stay away from this company.

This is the most dishonest company I've ever seen. Don't ever think about going into contract with them. They will never allow you to go again because the only thing they will allow you to go is by phone and so they will just ignore you calls. Even when they say yes it's OK "we will cancel the account" they won't . They are cheaters and liars. I've made about 10 phone calls and every times new excuses. Sometimes they connect you 10 times and then the last employee will tell you they can't hear you, but you can hear them very well so they can hear you too, but they just looks for new ways to avoid having to cancel the account. Never ever again this dishonest company.

Scammers. They deduct $10 per month for no trading. That's the only exchange which does that. I've already done thousands of trades here a few years back, so they earned already lots of money from me, but as a 'thank you' they deducted $300 in the last years in total for no activity. Again ... scammers. And they didn't have the 'balls' to name it fee - they just declared it as 'withdraws'. I've never seen that anywhere else. Yes - they are scammers.

Worst company ever. They stole my money. They are thieves and should serve long jail time for stealing millions from their customers. I opened my account and had it for long time and I did nothing wrong. I gave them all my information, even address, social security and address confirmation and much more so they knew me. After I got a larger amount from a friend, they closed my account for no reason and even when I asked they gave me no reason and locked my funds with no option to get my money or to give it back to my friend. If you give your money to drug dealers it's more safe than trusting PayPal. This company needs to be taken down and the management prosecuted and serving long jail time.

100% scam. Hope some ppl can report them to police and they will catch these scammers. They say '$1 database access fee', but they will show you NOTHING, but charge $50 every time you click on it. Please somebody report this to authorities to catch this scammer.

Scammers trying to imitate State of Florida. Don't pay anything to them.

Awesome LPR / Silent-Reflux therapy. Didn't expect it to work or thought it was a scam, but none of these. It's a therapy I've never seen anywhere else and works right away. It's absolutely genuine and comes with great support for only $30. I'm blown away. There are still good, trustworthy ppl around. Wonderful. Finally I have my live back for so few money.

Total scam - don't fall for this company and stay away from them. Also check other reviews - I'm not the only one with a bad experience.

Was really happy with them, but last time I transferred the money and they got it on Friday when cryptos were really cheap, but these ignorants decided not to credit my account, but sent me an advise for an additional verification request (even when we were trading with them since one year) and I sent it back during business hours, but they run away Friday about 3pm and did NOT credit my account and they only credited my account next week, when cryptos were already 10% (!!!) higher. So I lost a huge amount of profit because of their incapability. They run a 24/7 exchange, but there's nobody there on weekends to support. Ovoid this exchange by any means.

Update: OK - they now responded to this complaint here, but also only after the weekend - exactly as I was stating - which confirms my statement - I made this entry during the weekend.

Horrible experience. I was booking based on the description on the first page where it clearly said CDW included and then I proceeded and clicked ok, ok, ok .... and so on and at the end it turned out, that there was NO cdw included! For me this is a total scam and stealing and should be prosecuted. It put customers on very high financial risk. I have kept all the screenshots and sent it to them, but they did not accept anything - even after my prove. Made just excuses, but no apology and no compensation! Horrible. But it was clearly their fault!

I'm a returning customer since years, but definitely no longer.

I CAN ONLY SAY: STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!!!!

Biggest SCAM ever ... it's intended vor ICO's, but when you get the coins they are not automatically sent to your MEW, you have to send it from your dashboard, but you have to pay the TX fee from your ETH on this account and if you have uses all to buy the tokens your have to send more from your exchange ... but you don't know how much, so you can just guess and send some and pay additional ETH and it it not work you have to send more ETH and pay more TX fee ... WTH ... You can't even use your bought tokens to pay for TX fee.
This is really the biggest stupid thing and SCAM. Stay away from them.
