Did not honour our contract and breached their own terms and conditions just because they appear to have changed their mind on how much they want to sell it for.

They then relisted the items at a higher price proving that they have stock like other more reputable vendors.

Did not communicate to me like they say in their terms until I lodged a complaint.

When they did call they did not care that I was quoting their own terms and conditions of the contract I had with them.

As the company appeared to be based overseas, despite having Australian ABN and call centre from New Zealand, holding them to their own contract has been too difficult by authorities here.

So good luck if you have a different kind of product issue.

Would NOT recommend and a waste of time thinking your going to get your product at the end of the layby period if they change their mind. I waited sometime for this product and should have gone elsewhere.

I have coins stuck on bittrex for over a year claiming wallet maintenance..

Bunch of scammers refusing to release my coins under this excuse.

Raised so many tickets and no help

Certain coins of mine have been locked away in "wallet maintenance" for months and I cannot get access to them at all.

Many tickets raised and the same generic responses. Trying to look into legal action but not going to be easy.

Bittrex used to be great, but stay away from them now!
