Worst site ever, impossible to withdraw funds, and customer service is useless.

They keep charging me subscription for no reason... and it's almost impossible to claim the money back cause the customer service is so bad and they just repeat the same sentence again and again without understanding the issue

Absolutely awful service, they don't have the capacity to ensure boarding on time in Calais, hundreds of cars couldn't get on the boat, and 0 information in the meantime. I used P&O instead as i didn't want to arrive with 10 hours delay and boarding took 5min...

They're your best friend before signing a contract, and once you have signed, they make your life miserable. I've dealt with various agents in the past but this one is probably the worse.

This is the worst insurance provider I have ever seen. They try to dissuade you before authorising any treatment to not spend any penny... even if you have a letter from your doctor, they claim it's not explained clearly and you have to bother your doctor again. They are incompetent, the people you are able to reach on the phone have no authority to decide on anything, and the ones who decide are never available... so every process takes weeks or months... and in the meantime your medical issue can get worse...

Also, when they make a decision on something, they text you to call them back?!?! rather than just simply calling you... and you're in the queue to talk to someone.
