Bittrex has stolen my funds too. Has anyone had success retrieving funds after Bittrex says "tough luck..your deadline has passed"? They are deceitful. I withdrew when they cut US accounts and it showed successful. Then they came back and said I needed to do again, but this was already past their deadline. So..they then said "sorry, too late. " Any advice appreciated. Prior to this my account was frozen forever as they said my pictures were not sufficient. I finally gave up until they cut the US market and we were all forced to close the accounts. Help please!!

This alleged exchange stopped working in normal countries, such as the USA or Ukraine, but continues to work in Russia. Be wary of working with them.

These guys are scammers! DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT. I have been trying for 3 months to withdraw USD from this platform. They lied and said that they sent it to my bank, then said they didn't add the right account number. I've sent my details over 30 times, and each time the amount has been reduced. Whatever you do stay away!

I purchased just under 10,000 dollars of coins in 2021 and I kept having difficulties getting into my account and then they changed completely to different verification and I had to take pictures of myself and I took months before it was clear enough and detailed enough to get approved. Finally I got approved in March and all my coins had been removed on December 13 and I was never notified. A complete disaster I guess the paid a 29 million dollar fine last year so maybe they collected from all of us so prison was avoided.

It is absolute shame I am trying to get access of my account from last 3 days. I tried to re activate my 2fa they blocked me. Even I provided Ids and selfies etc they keep on asking for new things I have my login details and password. I also have my 2fa activated they are real scammers and will try anything to make your life difficult.

Bittrex is not to be trusted , i purchased a coin worth $23000 , bittrex, didint credit my account saying there was fluctuation in the market when i purchased my coin and they will resolve i have been waiting for over 3 weeks until i started seeing other reviews complaining about almost the same thing am experiencing i then realized i have been scammed i had to seek assistance from asset retrival .com they recovered my money from bittrex , be careful dealing with bittrex they would con you of your money they are not to be trusted.

Good lord, I previously some time ago cancelled my account when after I tried changing my email address and was met with probably the worst process and 'support 'experience I have experienced, something I should be able to do easily myself online, it was so bad I cancelled my account out of anger,( I had been a customer there for 4 years). Sometime later I rejoined again thinking maybe I overreacted or that was just some temporary support person filling in, no..,opening a new account, I decided simply request they add a new pair for a coin they already list but it took about 8-10 emails of replies to get my message understood and still flobbed off. I dont know if its a global support problem where global people are treated poorly or they have temporary staff who couldn't care less but its quite consistent in really bad support. The platform itself actually is really good, just be prepared to get the worst support or none at all if you have an issue or a simple request- dont even bother. It is really surprising that after about 4-5 years that the site has not improved, not offering much in the way of features, no margin, no futures and its support has gone backwards, it makes me think that they are just keeping it going and not really bothered about anything else.

Made an account in July and couldn't complete KYC because they didn't offer ID card as an option. Fast forward to today I tried to login and complete the KYC and this time I could do it with my ID card. They ask for alot of information and I filled it all in correctly but when my KYC process was completed successfully, my account was locked.

I was surprised cause this seems not logic and it hasn't happened to me before on any other website where I completed KYC. I contacted support and their requirements are just plain ridiculously stupid and very unfair. Their is no law that requires their type of policies.

I would have to take a FACE ID with my ID card and date of today with my face in 3 directions. So 3 types of screenshots and that isn't to unlock my account no... That is so that someone responsible for my account is allowed to talk to me to tell me what i need to do next in order to unlock my account.

I took the time to read the reviews on here and decided instead of going along with this clown show that I will request for my account to be deleted and never look at this exchange again. I would be foolish to trust these people with my money. They would gladly take it off me and lock my account for some bs reason.

I opened an account with Bittrex on 17 November 2022. No problems. I slowly added usd, bought ETH, and after their holding period sent it to my external wallet. On 22 December my account was abruptly closed leaving 22k in the account. On 27 December, I had an on line video interview with Perci.
I have had zero feedback since. I would like to withdraw my funds while they conduct their review. And have requested this numerous times without any reply or acknowledgement of my msg. The commitment of their CEO Richie Lai is "all customers assets are always, and will always be available for withdrawal by that customer". Obviously this is not respected by the staff. Customer support is polite but not helpful since they say they can not interact directly with the "specialists " who are dealing with my disabled account.
Bottom line: in the absence of any time frame when my account review will be completed, I would like to sell and withdraw my funds or withdraw my crypto directly from my account

I have been using this exchange for several years. For one they have a 50 USD withdrawal charge which is high.
Now they want me to do a special KYC in the name of security to get my funds back even tho there is no reason for it. Never seen anything like this they are skimming money from the average Joe and Jane.

I am never treated like this by other exchanges. The perfection needed to get a photo ID is crazy. The back and forwards to get the account activated was extreme and took a couple weeks. I had to email directly all the photos then I had to do it again to upload it to the site. I'm sure everyone on the internet has my drivers license now.

They will start charging inactive accounts but don't even allow you to even view the balance before giving them your id, scam website stay away.

Do not trust Bittrex!!!
I sent my coin worth 13K to Bittrex, it has left my account with the receipt to my Bittrex account but it has never arrived/ not shown on Bittrex.
Try to contact customer service about it, but they can't help it (or they won't?). so it is just gone now. I never had this problem with my other account.
