I’ve been using Billo for a little over a year and it has really helped with my finances. I started as a regular creator and now I’m a premium creator making at least $80 per job and I even make an extra $150 sometimes by getting jobs that require me to post on social media. This month I’m at $1,430 and it’s not even half way through the month yet. Billo is a platforms where you have to be consistent with applying for jobs in order to get hired. It has been working well for me.

I am a creator and had to reach out for customer support and was very pleased! The associate was kind and thorough and got everything squared away with ease! This platform protects creators and brands well.

Great easy to use content creation

Billo has been nothing but professional,Understanding and accepting of all talent levels.

The content and creators are not professional. That's also my opinion about the billo team.

Lailah was the team member who helped me. What I loved most about her is that she told me exactly what was going to happen in order to solve the issue I had, and even more importantly, she kept me informed every step of the way. It's a great feeling not to have to worry about whether or not you and your problem have been forgotten (which happens all too often with so many companies). Unprofessional “verified” creators. If you have a 5 dollar product and need a quick UGC video, this is the place for you.

Anything remotely valuable/luxury? DO. NOT. USE. We paid nearly $1000 dollars for two 60-second videos with their most reputable, 5-star creators. Not only did they flunk the videos badly, they couldn’t even reply professionally or apologize for 3 week delays, lack of communication, lack of effort. Nothing short of a scam. You’re better off actually negotiating with influencers that have an actual following than these unprofessional scammers.

Not even worth checking out. Low paying gigs. I'll pass, no thank you!

I was very surprised and disappointed to be rejected by Billo solely because I hold a Russian passport — despite the fact that I live in the United States and have a valid U.S. work permit.

There is no mention in their Terms of Service or public documentation that restricts users based on citizenship. According to their own website, the requirements are to be over 18 and to live in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., or Australia — I meet all of these criteria.

Rejecting someone based entirely on nationality, when they are legally working and residing in the U.S., is not only unfair but feels discriminatory. I hope Billo reviews this internal policy and moves toward a more inclusive and merit-based approach.

So far, my experience with Billo has been great! The platform is easy to use, and the projects are fun and straightforward. I appreciate the clear communication and the opportunity to work with a variety of brands. Excited to keep growing here!
