I have been hosting with Asura since 2017 after trying many other service providers. I can confidently say this is the best provider I’ve found, and I recommend them 💯.

I purchased hosting services for a client. I took the unlimited control panel hosting package with a 1-year service period. Long story short, I made the payment. The payment was successful for $26.99. However, their site was extremely slow, only scrolling, so the order failed to prepare with the payment status successful. I contacted their customer service, which took an incredibly long time to respond. There was no chat support, only tickets with no known response time. Due to the extremely slow support, I decided to purchase another month so the service could be activated immediately and my site could be migrated.
The ticket has been pending for over 3 days. They left my ticket with the $26.99 they received, and as of this review, they have not refunded my money.
So, please reconsider purchasing services from Asurahosting.
They are criminals, especially when it comes to money. If you have the same problem, they will disappear and ignore you.
I am still waiting for them to refund my $26.99.

BUYER BEWARE. ASURA IS THE WORST HOSTING COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS
They promise a dedicated IP in their plans, but you will never actually receive one despite multiple requests. Two of my clients and I were placed on the same IP address—and even worse, one of those clients had paid for a dedicated IP but was still assigned the same shared IP as the rest of us.
On top of that, one of the servers my client was on kept running out of space, causing downtime and performance issues. When I contacted support, they were completely unaware that the server had run out of space and actually tried to blame me for the problem.
Even worse, there were several instances when I couldn’t reach the server or any of my hosted services. When I contacted support, they seemed completely unaware of the issue. Instead of taking responsibility or even checking on their end, they blamed me—the customer—for the problems.
JOHN PULLAT is the worst support rep I have ever dealt with. He not only keeps running you in circles but also blames you for the issues. He lies constantly!
It’s disappointing that they can’t deliver on basic promises and refuse to acknowledge clear service failures. I would not recommend Asura Hosting to anyone looking for a reliable or transparent hosting provider.
I strongly encourage anyone dealing with them to file a complaint with the Wyoming Attorney General.

Never trust Asura Hosting with your data on their servers. I've just lost a client's website and emails under my reseller hosting account that I have with them and nobody is taking accountability for this. They don't even care about this. One minute they say the website is available the next minute they say they can't find on the panel. The client is now on my case they want their data from me whereas the people who are responsible for their servers (Asura Hosting) are not taking accountability. I regret using their reseller hosting services and it is not for the first time they do me wrong. Now I have to find another service provider.

As Reseller with 100 clients .my service with Asurahosting was never being good. Website Turn off Everyday week, is like routine. How my customers gonna pay me while their service is always off .this damaging my brand name. I had spend a lot of money investing in this business but asurahosting is messing my things up I have paid for ads. Even now I have running Ads $18 per day on meta ,this ridiculous 😑 😒 it seems like um gonna lose everything 😑 I have to start being preparing for anything

Great support. Have had issues a few times and been helped accordingly. A few times my payment wasn't going through due to card issue, but they understood until it was resolved.
Okay for the price
This company provides good service for the price. I have two different accounts, CPanel reseller and DirectAdmin reseller. I read a review (put in yesterday) stating he had problems with an expired DirectAdmin license. Asura responded "I have checked with the team but we've had no recent issues on any of the DirectAdmin nodes." and I can tell you they did have a problem. It usually takes them a while to fix something and the continually ask for screen shots when given more than enough info. With the multitude of problems on the DirectAdmin account yesterday, they kept telling me the problem was fixed, and I had to tell them it was not, their database server was having major problems. They sometimes do take a while to respond, but always fix the problems.
A well deserved negative review - Dont use these guys
Sadly, I ignored the reviews here. Fo the past two months, my entire webserver (hosting 6 clients!) Has repetitively gone down.
Let me tell you , these guys are friendly, professional and careful. However, it seems to break EVERY week, seriously not an exaggeration, I am looking at all my sites down, angry messages from clients, an unlicensed direct admin page and a massive dent in my ego.
I cannot access anything right now, not the backups, not anything. I am now annoyingly looking to move service providers,

EDIT: The shenanigans continue, My websites are once again all down. All at once, Their reply of 'hat didn't happen' is hilarious to me because "I screenshot it every time

what made my experience great was that my ticket was answered. They really keep an eagle's eye on customer's experience. That is a plus.
Came here about 30 days ago
Moved my site here last month, and it’s been perfect. No downtime and way faster than my old host.
Initially good, ending pretty badly.
Initially an idyllic relationship, they were super nice and quick responding.
Gradually the support answering time started getting longer, which pushes me towards leaving.
Have been going for over a week now, waiting an entirety of 24h to get an answer from them every time.
Gradually their top service started failing, when frequent "temporary turn off" of systems happened, then unlimited space plans with weekly message "Disk Full" and their weekly "sorry for any inconvenience, we'd appreciate your patience" (and it started on 7th May and it's still going on today), to learning other people having their sites completely down for days now.
All I get when I write is an automated message they're busy cause opening a new location in Switzerland, which in no way affects me anyway. I have been a regular paying customer receiving no support. Mind you 95% of times I didn't even write support for an issue cause in the past they said they did not know the solution, so I fixed things myself.
Really disappointing.

Hosting is ok for small not important…
Hosting is ok for small not important website. The big problem is email. Send via their smtp servers and it is a 50/50 chance it arrives, their servers/ ip addresses are constanly blacklisted by spam lists.
But for the price I cant really complain,

The performance is way better now
I’ve been using AsuraHosting for all my clients lately, and honestly, it’s been really good. The service works well, and the price is super reasonable, which is a big help when you’ve got multiple projects to manage.
It’s nice knowing I can save a bit of money on hosting and put it toward other things, like marketing or tools I need for my work. Makes life a little less stressful, to be honest.
