I've been with Asura Hosting for almost 10 years now, and I've always been very happy with their service. One thing I've noticed is that the same guys have been there the entire time. They have a deep understanding of pretty much any and all issues I've had and have solved them within a couple rounds of back-and-forth. I've never had any issues with their timeliness of responding. They're professional and very helpful.
