Excellent products, services & support - Hands Down!

I have been with this company for a few years & utilize their web hosting and radio streaming services. Their products and services do exactly as advertised for a terrific price point.
Why do I give them 5 stars ? Over the years I've had issues, brought on by user error, and their support never fails. Prompt, professional & friendly customer service is important to my company & ASURA HOSTING never disappoints.
I have had experience with many other companies providing similar products & services and by far, this is one of the best in the business.

Customer service was rude & couldn't…

Customer service was rude & couldn't care less about my issue coming aboard as a new customer - good prices will not always take precedence over good customer care.
I would have added my family & bought high end devices - Not Now. Both on line chat & phone support - awful!!!
I work in the media & will be def' commenting on my experience with our collective audience over all our socials.
Be very careful when you active a new phone & the package you decide on. I was told one thing at purchase but in reality - the advice was completely wrong.
