Okay for the price
This company provides good service for the price. I have two different accounts, CPanel reseller and DirectAdmin reseller. I read a review (put in yesterday) stating he had problems with an expired DirectAdmin license. Asura responded "I have checked with the team but we've had no recent issues on any of the DirectAdmin nodes." and I can tell you they did have a problem. It usually takes them a while to fix something and the continually ask for screen shots when given more than enough info. With the multitude of problems on the DirectAdmin account yesterday, they kept telling me the problem was fixed, and I had to tell them it was not, their database server was having major problems. They sometimes do take a while to respond, but always fix the problems.
