Despite being understaffed, my multi part order was processed with no issues, arrived in good time and the communication was great all the way through. In these difficult times, I am more than happy with the service and will 100% buy from Activesport again and have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends and family.

Still waiting for my order placed nearly a month now. Received a few frosty replies to my enquiries, no tracking details. If these shops can not fulfil orders they shouldn’t take the order in the first place. Will not use this business again. Concerned I’ve lost my money.

Poor customer service poor communication very cheeky and i am still waiting for over 2 weeks now for my order do not use this company!!@
Very poor after service
Ordered item from company and it didn't arrive. Put in claim with PayPal. And because the company had sent me a separate recorded delivery letter about the non delivery, they used this to show receipt.
Unfortunately I still don't have the item and I have also paid. PayPal aay that because the have seen a tracking number they feel i have received the item and activesports are now not responding to my emails. So make your own mind up if this is a good company.

They offered to send another model at same price. Great!
I had a problem with my credit card. I called and asked if I could transfer the money or pay with another credit card.
They said that I was lying and should place the order again. Such lack of respect!
I placed again the order. The payment was confirmed. They simply refunded, canceled the order without saying anything!
Such lack of respect with a client that was buying an expensive item during such difficult situation for everybody!

Excellent service during the covd-19 crisis. Quick and easy to order online, very clear information about expected delivery delays due to coronavirus safety measures and delivery issues. Email confirmation of order and payment again explaining that the staff would process the order as soon as possible. I haven't been able to cycle because my breaks wore out so it was both unexpected and a real relief to find a company that was still delivering parts during the crisis, I live in West Cornwall and our only shop Halfords closed. I research this company after placing the order and went into total panic after reading the reviews but I was overly impressed with the service I received. An item I ordered was out of stock but they emailed me and asked what I wanted to do the next day, then they quickly amended the order without the need to issue a refund for the out of stock item as they hadn't changed it yet and posted the rest that day which arrived quickly and as ordered.

I ordered a frame which it turned out was unavailable but was offered a newer one for the same price. It then arrived in two days. Brilliant service, will buy from here again.

Ordered online. No mention of item not in stock. Queried delay after 2 weeks (their 3 working days for despatch and 7 for delivery). Then various explanations given like On the way to us, Manufacturer may be stocktaking (not true), Sent to our distributor instead of direct. After agreeing to terminate the deal I then had to ask for date when payment would be refunded. After no response I threatened to contact credit card company to recover funds. Finally got response and refund some 6 weeks after original order and payment. Suggest using credit card for online purchasing!
