I have been buying my phone cases from Burga for years now and they are the best in my opinion. Although pricier than I would like, I can’t fault the quality. The designs do not fade, I have never had a single one break and they protect my phone very well (despite my toddler dropping it more time than I can count…). The designs and patterns are a lot more interesting and trendy than other companies, which is why I keep going back too.
I was also surprised to find out they also did notebooks, I didn’t have any expectations when I purchased but I was impressed by the quality. Finally a notebook that stays open fully when you write down, and the paper doesn’t transfer the ink on the other side. I really like the bookmark and magnetic clasp, makes it feel more polished for work. I’ll definitely repurchase one when mine is full, bonus points if you like to coordinate your stationary and your phone!
The only downsides for me personally is the shipping time, it can be quite long as I live in the UK and they ship from Europe, and the price. I also had issues with my AirPods case, the top part kept coming off but it might have been a defect with the one I bought.

Do not order from them, this is a scam. I ordered two Day 2 tests that never arrived at my house and they refuse to give me a refund. Their excuse was that my arrival date was not input properly when you can clearly see in my confirmation email that I did. They also said they tried to call me but I never received any email or phone call.
The worse of it is that I found them through the government approved list of providers when it should have never been in there in the first place.

It really pains me to say this, because I love their clothes and jewelry, but oh my god the online service is a joke.
Ordered a couple of items online, was waiting for a notification to know that the parcel had been shipped, I got the parcel delivered before I even got this email.
But the worst is if you need to return, then good luck to you ... First, they do not accept online returns in stores, why??? Second, you cannot return via Royal Mail, only in dodgy Hermes drop off points which are all far and not convinient to access (let's not talk about the poor reliability of Hermes). Third, it takes so long to get your money back it's ridiculous. I've returned my parcel 2 weeks ago and it still says it's being sent back to the sender, so I still haven't had my refund.
Overall it's sad because I love the brand but I will never ever buy online again, after trying a couple of times, I officially give up.
