Scott was efficient, friendly and did just what he said.

The team are busy which is because they have good products and a nice northern friendly attitude. 👍

Communication and coordination need improving

Whilst the staff seemed pleasant, the coordination between the installation team and setting up the service took over a week, despite communications from us.

Also, whilst all seems okay, the team arrive and literally say nothing about what they were doing. Not the best way to make customers feel comfortable or confident about the work being carried out.

Stay away from 001 .. make a better choice !

I used 001 in March 2021.

To date I have not received the results of the day 2 test. I cancelled the day 8, as by the time it was due the day 2 test was still outstanding.

Despite several requests no refunds have been made. There have however been a variety of excuses for both the lack of service levels and the lack of a refund.

Do not use this company unless you wish to waste your money and your time. They are really not up to the job they purport to be.

Above and beyond - customer service !

I had a delivery at the end of 2020. It came in 2 parts. The item was left with my concierge at the time and due to Covid, I did not notice that only 1 part was delivered originally. Without the base, the table top would have been useless.

I called and spoke to 123, some months later Explaining the situation. Whilst they had no reason to do so, after me sending photos of me opening my part order, showing the date of doing so etc. They very kindly agreed to send the missing part.

To say I am grateful is understatement. 123 could have simply said that I should have told them earlier when receiving the original order but they were very understanding and kindly sent the missing part.

Many companies would simply have said computer says no.

It is refreshing to find a Company willing to believe their customers, when matters such as this arise and solve the problem.

Thank you 123, I will be back !

The table and chairs are also great quality, they look good and are also value for money.
