There were a few hick-ups with the purchase. Firstly, the tracking number was given to me but not the courier's name. Then the package was being sorted at the courier's depot for over a week and never found. I got a replacement in the end, but not before protracted correspondence with the courier and supplier. Then the heater arrived without the necessary installation instructions. More correspondence. The heater is not officially rated, and I am yet to find out how energy efficient it is. On the warm side, it has improved the climate in my office. So far so good. Shame about the dangling black cable. Although the customer service was quick, helpful and nice.

We've been to this place at Gallagher Retail Park in Scunthorpe a few times ordering the same pan base goat cheese pizza. Yesterday was no different except that our pizza had only a thin skin of cheese and onion on a thick stodgy base which was half-baked. We had to discard it on taste and health grounds. When notified, the manager gave the remains of our pizza a quick look and pronounced it perfectly fine. That's how it should be, he told us. Well, who are we to argue? We are only foolish customers, what do we know? Customers no more though.

Bought 2 pairs on the «ANY 2 for £130» deal. Both came in the wrong sizes! Sent them back and a week later bought another 2 pairs on the same «ANY 2 for £130» deal assuming they did not have the right sizes in the styles I ordered previously. To my surprise, they did and sent them to me too. So, ended up with 4 pairs to choose from, kept «ANY 2» and returned «ANY 2». Waited over 3 weeks for a refund - nudge, nudge - only to find that I was charged the full price for the «ANY 2» I kept! Because coming from two separate orders, never mind by the same customer, they were no longer «ANY 2», but these and only these two. Silly me, I should have guessed that one and one separated by a week does not equal two!

Perfect little plants ingeniously packed and promptly delivered, and what a great value, it doesn't get better than that, thanks!

At the time of ordering Day 2 and Day 8 Home PCR Test (Amber List), 001doctor was on the list of test providers at the gov.uk website. We never received Day 8 test kit. Day 2 kit came on time but yielded no results. Effectively, we paid £134 for the booking reference number which enabled the traveller to board his plane. What would you call it: good value for money or a government sponsored racket? To quote their support team, "please accept our apologies" but we think 001doctor is a scam.

The solution offered was a full refund, thanks, but does it make it all right? Is 001doctor's objective to protect public health or to stay in a lucrative business? I know what I think.
