An introduction from my daughter entitled me to a discounted rate to update my will and put a trust in place. I had been meaning to do this for a while and was glad to have the advice provided to enable this to happen. Very helpful advice and a fast and friendly service.

Really lovely furniture set. Sturdy and good quality. Cushions are very light in colour but nice. Took two of us to assemble the sofa but otherwise pretty easy to put together. Very happy with this purchase.

Having just unpacked this, we were disappointed to see two small damaged areas. It’s a real faff to repack and return but having paid a decent amount we would expect it to be perfect.

Having ordered a medium one previously which was a nice bright gold, the large one arrived and is a much duller finish so very disappointed but too much faff to return it. :(

If there was a minus star I would have selected it. Appalling customer service. I reported a fault with my elderly mother's phone on Tuesday. Told I would have to call later in the week to see how the fault was progressing (no, they couldn't ring me back). I called again today and held on for ages just to get someone to authorise my POA for my 91 year old mother (previously done many times before). Huge silent gaps between waiting, no communication. My vulnerable mother has been left without a phone line and the 'care' is none existent. As soon as I can move this account I will change to a more reliable supplier. Truly shocking.

After being told that waste would be removed immediately after renovation work, I had to wait over four weeks and had to make several call/emails to get the waste removed. I was constantly told they need 5 working days notice but I dread to think how long I would have to have waited had I not chased.

Having written the review below, I quickly received a call from this company and was offered a satisfactory option. If they deliver on the promise then I would say good for them for responding and making a gesture to put it right. Fingers crossed.

I ordered day 2 tests but am still waiting. This company is now not on the government approved list and no longer promote day 2 kits on their website (which is useless). Wish I’d gone elsewhere as no reply to my emails and only an answerphone if you ring. Seems I’ve wasted £130!!

‘All right?’ Was the welcome I received. Didn't ask for proof of booking. Service was ok and typical of how I’ve experienced service in most tyre places. Same cost as the dealership where at least I get a warm welcome and a professional approach.

I ordered the wrong size so returned them and immediately got a replacement the next day. Great customer service.

Have used this company several times and recipients have always been delighted. The flowers sometimes take a couple of days to fully open and perk up but after that they are lovely. Always well packaged and prompt delivery.

A great way to make get cash back on items that I would have otherwise bought directly. Very easy to use and a fast payout system.
