At first I saw all these reviews and thought my goodness this must be a scam…. I was concerned as by then I had already spent £119 on my testing kits… I received day 2 on time and results 48 hours later as mentioned. Day 8 was no where to be found and late how ever when I called to trace the whereabouts I spoke to a lovely guy called Diaz who helped me and rebooked my test but at a clinic explaining some issues they had experienced. He was so kind and helpful and even offered a refund of the missing kit. If this isn’t customer service enough I don’t know what is? he gave me peace of mind during a stressful situation, especially as the reviews on here are not nice to read I really do hope others have experienced better service through 001 Doctor and I hope they are able to resolve any issues as It must be a very busy time for them.
