Damaged items that need a refund-ignored

I replied that I was not paying to return an item that they were responsible for damaging. they have not replied.

I put Rozel Camping Park Jersey Channel Isalnds as the address on my order.
Somehow it has defaulted to the end part of the address as my home address.
I have gone in and edited three times yesterday but it defaults again
I sent an email but after you input all the information it sends a message that it will be dealt with in 2 days
I called the phone line it cut me off before i could leave my telephone number??? Again it says it will take 2 days
2 days is too late
Where will the package be by then?
I urgently need the food as i am GF

NO goods received cancel and refund options don't work

I spent an hour online chat then a person on the phone.

Next I wrote to the email address displayed online

This said it would arrive the following day. It did not

It now says the 11th of September.

I need it urgently as I am gluten free and going away.

I tried your online chat and speaking to an adviser on the phone.

I explained and was told I could cancel or request a refund

Neither work as it says it is dispatched??? And I cant get a refund on food.

You have waisted over an hour of my day I have no food or refund.

CANCEL AND REFUND IMMEDIATELY

Bags all spilt. Not answering their phone

I go away tomorrow. My delivery has arrived swashed. I have flour all over my carpet. One bag is split but the others are all squeezed flat. if you gently claen them flour air comes out of tiny wholes in the sides of them all. I have waited on the phone three times before being disconnected and told the mail box is full???

Can't get hold of them. Online amendments not work, phone cuts off whats app is a joke

I messaged the whats app it said they would get back to me in the morning. They did not I messaged again it gave me a list of options. I chose one and nothing. It offered to put me through to an agent. I said yes it gave me the list of options again? It then gave a link that does not work? I tried to call their premium number three times each time it rings and cuts off ????
I have tried to amend the booking online so my son departs on Tuesday and then returns with me. It won't let me???

I am still owed 5x £25. I am owed this as it was taken in error.
Remove my details from the 'other account'
After months of messages shopify still seem unable to understand. THESE ARE NOT MY ACCOUNTS. I am not recieveing an email for any of the 'other accounts' as you put it MAX as they are not mine. I only had one account Why on earth would I want to reinstate my account. Shopify have taken months of emails and still not sorted out removing the 'other account' ??? In addition, there must be other providers that are more efficent that yourselves.

After months and months they have given me a couple more refunds
My responce
With your two refunds and the three from Trish I have 5 refunds of £25. My account has been debited £25 x11. I am still owed 7 refunds of £25. The subscriptions are taken by shopify in error. The non-refundable is not releveant. Shopify need to correct their mistake. So a further £175. That is without compensation for making my account overdrawn and months of back and forth. You are being paid. I am not for all my time and effort

I just want to check my broad band

I just want to check my broad band. I had to chat to a bot that did not understand me. then a video that was not relevant. then a call which asked me to unplug everything and plug it back in. then was told the connection speed was not working for them and could not be checked their end, so they would send me a link and I could check it? i would be forwarded a link. the link does not work. I am back on the phone. They have gone home. The bot wants me to do the whole process again. What a pile of ,.,,. 3 hours later........

still owe me money, systems are a joke, total waste of time

systems are a joke. hours wasted. finally, they made a refund for three payments taken in error. there have been many many more than that. ticket: 55993005. there is no email to reply to. No way to reply on the website to their notes. what a total waste of my time. Send ALL my money back as per the screen shots I sent you that can be seen in our webchat. CANCEL my account totally. I will use another provider.

And again they ask me to do their job for them. I screen shotted a list of all the items that were returned and sent it to them with a total. They have refunded £65 less. Diesel need to compare my list to theirs and show me where the difference is.

Incompetence or theft? They still owe me.

They just keep asking for the same things I already sent them. I sent them a list of screen shots with codes and amounts months ago. They have told me in one email something was missing in another it is not. I told them this in my last email again and this is their response.
Regarding your request about the order GB11949694, we would like to inform that we have checked the list of all items returned using the tracking number 1Z7W89989118973224, and according to our systems, the amount corresponding to all these thirteen items is just £738.65.

It is worth mentioning, that one of the items included in your return was the product 8059380491979, meaning the light brown POLAX trousers in size 16Y that were supposed to be missing on your order.

The best way to proceed in this case is to receive a list of the product you kept, and then compare them to the items that were received by our staff, so we can verify whether one of these items is actually missing.
