Give me my £65. Stay away from them. I only give 1 star as there is no 0

I only give 1 star as there is no 0
I still am £65 short. Their response
'Reagarding your order GB11949694, we would like to infrom that your list included on pair of Polax pants "missing" which was correctly returned to our website and a D-URSY-J JJJ in size 14Y, requested for return that was not recieved by our warehouse.

Threfore, we kindly ask you to verify witin the item you kept if you indeed shipped it and provide us futher details, if it was shipped inside its corresponding box. Please not that non of the items correspond to the indicated price you mention.

We look forward to your reply, in the meantime we remain at your dipsosal.'
WHAT DOES THIS EVEN MEAN? the website was down so they told me by email to print out each item and record it manually. I sent an email saying pants were missing.
THEY SENT AN EMAIL SAYING THEY WEREN'T.
HOW CAN I PROVE THEY WERE MISSING?
it is obvious from their messages how incompetent they are. MISSING ITEMS EMAILING THEY WERE THERE, THEN TELLING ME THEY WEREN'T THEIR WEBSITE RETURNS MISSING TELLING THE AMOUNTS I QUOTED ARE INCORRECT WHEN THEY ARE SCREEN SHOTS OF MY ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE!!!

Months later and I am still £65 short

And I am still £65 short. deisel returns page was down. They asked me to make a full list by hand with amounts and totals I sent them a list of the items. They have now sent me a list they have made. They need to do their job. Stop trying to get me to do it for them. work out what they have done wrong and send me the £65 they owe me and renumeration for my time wasted on their systems not working

Order arrived battered, no refunds received

I made an order for 6 items. They arrived in a bag battered. I requested a return and was told to photograph each item individually and do each return individually. So far only three items have had returns approved. The process has taken hours of my time. It has generated hundreds of email- literally. And I still dont have all the returns approved or my refund. Never again.

The owe me £65 and renumeration for wasting hours of my time

Dreadful systems and service. The online returns does not work. They told me to wrtie out all the items with codes and prices by hand and email it to them??? I also added and totalled the items I kept deducted it from the amount they deducted from me. Now they have sent me a refund that is £65 short?? I have accountancy exams!

Car written off- NO report provided as requested. We have called multiple times.
We believe that too much excess was deducted. No one was driving the vehicle, thus the inexperienced driver additional excess is not relevant.
We called to get back his personal belongs from his car. We still don't have them.
5/12 letter received to say insurance was cancelled, because he exceeded the time frame for getting a new car. This was due to the above needing to be resolved.
6/12 We called and were told it could be extended by Ali Khan
No response to this. So called again. Then told that was not the case and the would listen back to the phone call and honour this if it had been offered.
We have called multiple times- Still no response??!!!
They have now sent a letter offering £118 refund on his insurance policy.
He paid £3271.03 in 5/9/24
that means they have charged him £3152.82 for TWO MONTHS

We want the damage report.
We dont believe it should have been written off and want this reviewed.
We want a refund for not being awarded a courtesy car.
We want the inexperienced driver excess refunded. NOONE was driving.
We want his personal items back from his car or replaced.
We want his insurance extended to cover his new vehicle or a full refund of the 10 months he has not used it. £3334.74 divided by 12 = 272.59 x 10 = £2725.86
We want renumeration for time wasted and costs. We can provide a list of expenses.
We want compensation for stress

Thank you for your review, I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the claim process.
On a total loss claim, the value of the car would be paid out, and with the insurance, if it is a direct debit, or even cash policy, a refund is not usually given because the policy has been used for the claim.
In regards to the courtesy car, it is never offered on a total loss claim, and this is confirmed in the policy terms and conditions.
The inexperienced driver excess is not applied to a theft claim.
If you can get the policy holder to contact us via Facebook or X (formally Twitter) about this, we are happy to get a complaint logged for them regard this.
