Rock-Ola has numerous dealers listed on their web site. We bought a Jukebox through one of their dealers, and we got stiffed and lost our money. We contacted Rock-Ola and were told " Too Bad, we have No control of our dealers". I contacted Rock-Ola several times, and I was told that Alexander, The owner would contact me. Ha! Rock-Ola is as dependable as In The New Age, James Bolin was.

I am sorry for your experience with our former dealer, In The New Age. We canceled his distributorship some time ago. We had no record of your order from him. I will do everything in my power to help you but can confirm that his order was never placed with us. I will follow up with contact details for Mr Bolin.
