I ordered an item in May 2025, I was told it was a factory item. Sohars called me back and told me the part would be shipped the end of June 2026. I called Sohars the middle of June and they told me, that the factory had the item in stock. So I said" Well get it, I already paid for it".
I called June 24th, 2025 and was told mid July.
Such great customer service.
I had ordered parts through a parts look up service advisor and was told that the parts I was ordering would fit my commercial lawnmower so I paid over 100.00 for all the parts. Shipping took a week to get to me and when I opened the box to put my blades on my lawnmower they were 3 sizes too big. Asked the company to correct the mistake and they have refused to send me a Shipping label to send back and get the blades I need......STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.. or you will be disappointed.
I ordered an Echo gas trimmer on 9/1/2023 for a great price and it arrived today 9/8/3023 with UPS tracking here in Los Angeles! It was in the original box, sealed and I tried it out today and worked! No issues!
