I bought a De'Longhi Magnifica Evo…

I bought a De'Longhi Magnifica Evo (ECAM292.81.B, Black) coffee machine about 2 years ago. The product is still under warranty, but the after-sales support has been extremely disappointing.

For the past month, I’ve been trying to reach De’Longhi support. Sometimes they reply after 10 days, and sometimes they don’t reply at all. I opened ticket #6799308, but no one takes it seriously. I’ve now been waiting 8 days for a reply to my last email.

Before the purchase, the service was excellent, but after-sales support is terrible. If I wanted to buy a new product, I’m sure I’d get quick attention, but when it comes to fixing a faulty product, there is no real help. Posting one or two cleaning videos on YouTube does not solve issues with defective machines.

idden Charges with "Revpoints Spare Charge" – Extremely Disappointed

I’ve been using Revolut for a few months and recently switched to using it as my salary account. To my surprise, I discovered that around 650 GBP had been deducted from my account under something called "Revpoints Spare Charge," which I unknowingly activated. What’s worse, these charges never showed up in my transaction history, so I had no way of knowing this was happening.

After contacting customer support and reviewing my account statements, I found that these charges started back in July 2024, and only then did I realize I had lost a significant amount of money. While I received about 30,000 points in exchange, I later used 25,000 points for a hotel booking worth just 101 GBP. The value I received for the 650 GBP I paid doesn’t add up at all!

I’ve asked Revolut for a full refund, minus the 101 GBP I used for the hotel booking, but overall, this situation feels unacceptable. How can a company charge you without showing it in the app’s transaction history? It makes it impossible for users to track their spending, and I feel like I’ve been misled.

I would caution anyone using Revolut to double-check if any similar features are active on their account without their knowledge. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and questioning the trust I can place in Revolut.

Unauthorized Cancellation by Trip.com and Poor Customer Service

I booked a flight weeks ago through Trip.com, only to have them inform me that the flight was canceled and that this was at the request of the airline. However, when I contacted the airline company directly, they confirmed that no such cancellation had occurred. It appears that Trip.com canceled my booking on their own accord and is trying to blame the airline for it.

They are only offering a refund, but I purchased this ticket weeks ago at a much lower price compared to the current fares. Even though there is another direct flight on the same day, they are unwilling to change my booking to that flight without additional charges. Despite their mistake, their customer service representatives have not even offered an apology, leaving me in a very difficult situation.

I feel completely let down and disappointed by Trip.com's handling of this issue.

Account Management and Unauthorized Tariff Change Issues

I moved into my new address on June 29th, 2024, and started using Rebel Energy. For about a month and a half, I have been trying to log into my account on the website to manage direct debit and other settings, but I have been unsuccessful. Even after multiple phone calls and creating tickets, no solution has been provided.

Furthermore, the tariff I initially selected as a variable rate was changed to a fixed rate without my consent, causing my bill to nearly double. I am told that I need to manage my account, but I can't even log in.

Despite all my information being correct, no resolution has been offered, and this situation is very frustrating.

I've heard great things about Despatch…

I've heard great things about Despatch Cloud from my friend who's been using it for a while now. They've mentioned how it significantly improved their business operations. I'm currently looking into it for my own business, and the idea of streamlining order processing and ensuring accurate stock levels sounds very appealing. The positive feedback about their customer support is reassuring as well. I'm definitely leaning towards giving it a try!
