Account Management and Unauthorized Tariff Change Issues

I moved into my new address on June 29th, 2024, and started using Rebel Energy. For about a month and a half, I have been trying to log into my account on the website to manage direct debit and other settings, but I have been unsuccessful. Even after multiple phone calls and creating tickets, no solution has been provided.

Furthermore, the tariff I initially selected as a variable rate was changed to a fixed rate without my consent, causing my bill to nearly double. I am told that I need to manage my account, but I can't even log in.

Despite all my information being correct, no resolution has been offered, and this situation is very frustrating.
