I bought a De'Longhi Magnifica Evo…

I bought a De'Longhi Magnifica Evo (ECAM292.81.B, Black) coffee machine about 2 years ago. The product is still under warranty, but the after-sales support has been extremely disappointing.

For the past month, I’ve been trying to reach De’Longhi support. Sometimes they reply after 10 days, and sometimes they don’t reply at all. I opened ticket #6799308, but no one takes it seriously. I’ve now been waiting 8 days for a reply to my last email.

Before the purchase, the service was excellent, but after-sales support is terrible. If I wanted to buy a new product, I’m sure I’d get quick attention, but when it comes to fixing a faulty product, there is no real help. Posting one or two cleaning videos on YouTube does not solve issues with defective machines.
