Dreadful company! We have been totally ripped off! We were completely oversold a package and after just a few weeks of going live we had to stop using it and so much went wrong ! We are a small company and it literally doubled our workload using it !
But they have still charged us the full amount even though they switched off all facilities so nothing can be used, we are still having to pay over £500 per month for a whole year !
It is totally unsuitable for our company and no amount of discussions with them will allow us to switch to another package for the duration of the year!
Dreadful customer service and would NOT recommend this company - no flexibility and definitely not suitable for small companies!

We've been going through on-boarding process, live testing and now using the system alongside our old system, while we migrate everything.
The system is well made, with a lot of development work clearly still being put in to further improving it.
The on-boarding and support teams have been the really seller for us. We knew we would never find an off the shelf system, perfectly customised to how we work. But having the great on-boarding and support teams, means we have had wonderful, quick support finding solutions and making everything work in what is ultimately a better overall process flow for the operations.
We have recently made the switch from Linnworks and I've had no issues whatsoever. The software is very user friendly, the support has been great and communication is top notch.
I had been using another provider for 5yrs so was obviously apprehensive about switching as I had it running perfectly and knew it inside out. We had to switch due to courier issues and I was reluctant to do so as it would mean having to learn it all over again.
I'm glad I did as after just a few days I was able to complete my dispatch process so much quicker than before. The team were always on hand to run me through any issues that I had (thanks Harry) and nothing was ever too much trouble. The system itself is so easy to use and there are aspects of it that I never thought I needed. So glad we switched.

Currently in the process of onboarding and have to say it is a great value software to streamline warehouse operations.
From initial scoping out processes with Kane, to onboarding with Harry I really cannot fault the team. I have implemented a few different WMS's over the years and this software definitely offers the best value for money.
The service to date has been exemplary.

Mis-sold and now stuck in a 12 month contract!
Think very carefully before agreeing to a 12 month contract. During the sales call I was assured that Amazon buy shipping worked through their platform. I was even shown a dummy account and shown the procedure I would use to buy said shipping. I went through the long onboarding process to the day I would go live! Then it happened ERROR label format incorrect. I submitted a support ticket on 31st October. The support team blamed Amazon and told me to contact Amazon MYSELF and investigate the issue MYSELF! They washed their hands of me. After 2 months I pushed hard to get it fixed and was told "we have gone above and beyond to fix this issue." I gave up and went to a competitor. The competitor company fixed the issue in 5 minutes. I then emailed despatch cloud on how to fix the issue (for other customers sakes!) and they IGNORED my emails! Support team are awful to deal with and do not want to resolve any of my issues. The support them failed to act on other issues as well. I am now stuck paying £360 a month for a service I am not using.

Despatch Cloud has significantly improved our order processing! Kane was extremely thorough in understanding our business needs and the goals I wanted to achieve. He facilitated the integration with one of our Dangerous Goods Carriers, which has greatly accelerated our booking process.
A special mention to Arda, who handled our onboarding. His deep knowledge of the system and clear explanations made everything easy to grasp. He also implemented a custom integration, enabling us to track unpaid orders.
The aftercare support has been outstanding, and I highly recommend!

We’ve been shipping through multiple networks for many years and been utilising a variety of in house development and courier specific APIs for creation of shipments and tracking. Despatch cloud have streamlined our solution massively. All networks we use are supported and means we can manage just one set of API calls. This has reduced our in house burden. The implementation team have been brilliant and the documentation available is clear and concise for additional workflows needed. They have so much to assist the logistics, and it all started with a simple tracking request support call. Can’t recommend them enough. Jurassic park.

I've heard great things about Despatch Cloud from my friend who's been using it for a while now. They've mentioned how it significantly improved their business operations. I'm currently looking into it for my own business, and the idea of streamlining order processing and ensuring accurate stock levels sounds very appealing. The positive feedback about their customer support is reassuring as well. I'm definitely leaning towards giving it a try!
I have been using despatch cloud for a few years now. Updating inventory is fast and easy. The processing of orders is pretty seamless and thanks to the barcoding system we have, there is zero mistakes when it comes to packing. We recently set up a new sales channel (TikTok Shop) which was easy thanks to the support team being on hand to help.I would recommend this software
Fantastic piece of software that streamlines the whole e-commerce progress.
Orders are available straight away on dispatch cloud, saving time and subsequently massively improving efficiency.
The user interface is so straightforward to use, reducing mistakes and enabling for accurate stock levels to be maintained automatically.

I have used Despatch Cloud Orders since 2011 for shipping eBay orders and have been very happy with it, It is simple to use, and marks the orders on eBay as shipped so I do not have to do it myself. I would recommend it.

The product is amazing, but what's more amazing is the people of this company. I recommend.

As our business started growing we were looking for a new system to improve our picking, packing speed also the accuracy.
Sent in a request through the site and was contacted by Adam who explained the system. Liking what we heard we went onto the trial version. Adam was very helpful and always at hand to answer any questions (we had many) not long after we went live.
Its been 4 months with Despatch Cloud and we couldnt be more happier. We are sending out around 250-300 orders a day. Orders coming in perfect from our sales channels, stock levels pushed correctly to the sales channels, speeds and accuracy of picking and packing improved.
We look foward working with Despatch cloud as we grow. The support team is very helpful any known issues are fixed straight away. Feature request are added often, they release a system update few times a month so the system keeps on improving.
10/10 for the system and support
We are a user of Despatch Clouds Courier and Channel Manager products both of which are fabulous APIs. My experience with the platform today thrilled me so much that I had to share it. I was testing our connection to Channel Manager and my Shopify store when I completed 4 orders. By the time I had generated the labels then logged into Shopify all 4 orders were already fulfilled. This might sound a bit of a non event but for those that understand APIs, rate limits and webhooks/cron jobs this was basically a miracle in action. We have access to 25 sales channels and marketplaces with new ones being added all of the time meaning we never ever have to worry about our channels and our customers orders not pulling in or updating. If you have an application that requires Channel or Courier connections and you are not talking to these guys you need to pick up the phone.
We have been using Despatch Cloud for some time. Has been great for us, we have grown a lot over Covid and even with the Brexit documentation requirements, Despatch Cloud have eased this through. Paperless picking with totes have been a big efficiency gain which has paid for the cost of the system. It has been a good for us and I am happy to recommend.
