They repeatedly block my account

They repeatedly block my account, notably over the Christmas period. I have explained that I have a lung disease and can’t talk for long but they still refuse to unblock my account until I have yet another breathless, stressful talk with yet another Nazi. They are inhuman monsters.

Useless

Useless. It goes off 100 times a day for my dog at the back and yet my front door alarm has run down in 9 days. Battery! Who knew? Still no battery charger. They clearly have no intention of rectifying the problem. I have paid for 3 months and got a grand total of 15 days. Chocolate teapot comes to mind. Still getting worse. Christian Nicel made a lot of appointments and kept none. Sick of it. I have now been waiting 4 months for them to complete the job. They still take monthly payments, of course, while failing to respond to complaints and queries. Failed to check when alarm went off for half an hour. No back up battery, as promised in brochure. No battery charger for first 2 months.

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. Atrocious. I can’t think of enough adjectives to describe their ghastliness. Just hair pullingly appalling. And now, having blocked my account over Christmas, they refuse to explain themselves, or unblock it. I hope they go out of business. They deserve to. Agreed to phone call while daughter here. They phoned 24 hours late, then blocked my account AGAIN. Dog and I will starve with this terrible bank.

The deliveries used to be good but no longer. Dumped at door and two items not what I ordered. However, they’re more likely to deliver in date food than T*sco. The latest problem is their refusal to take either my card or my daughter’s. Losing business.

If I had an NHS doctor

If I had an NHS doctor, I wouldn’t need to pay for my meds, but Zava won’t prescribe the breathing meds I have been on all my life if I don’t have a doctor. I don’t want them for fun! I just want to breathe. I’ve had diagnosed asthma since 1957 and diagnosed COPD since 3rd February 2012. Monitoring wasn’t great, though, and I don’t want to depend on the NHS to stay alive. Still, it must all be in records and I have numerous prescription slips, if proof is required.

It’s worse than a chocolate teapot. Their adverts in my emails are now blocked.

Extremely expensive Seretide and…

Extremely expensive Seretide and absolute refusal to let me order Ventolin, my reliever inhaler, despite the fact that it is 3 months since my last order, which is perfectly acceptable to any other company. Then point blank refusal to escalate my call. They seem to forget that you are a paying customer and you don't order breathers for the fun of it. Terrifying.

Time slot kept to. My order was intact tonight. But previously helpful delivery drivers now ask why I can't unpack all the trays myself. Do they need a list of my ailments, including spinal problems and COPD, or would a doctor's letter suffice?…(Excellent tonight. Very helpful).
