Useless

Useless. It goes off 100 times a day for my dog at the back and yet my front door alarm has run down in 9 days. Battery! Who knew? Still no battery charger. They clearly have no intention of rectifying the problem. I have paid for 3 months and got a grand total of 15 days. Chocolate teapot comes to mind. Still getting worse. Christian Nicel made a lot of appointments and kept none. Sick of it. I have now been waiting 4 months for them to complete the job. They still take monthly payments, of course, while failing to respond to complaints and queries. Failed to check when alarm went off for half an hour. No back up battery, as promised in brochure. No battery charger for first 2 months.
