I'm a "Rep Payee" for my disabled sister's benefit. Repeatedly the SSA suspends her benefit for the lamest reasons, like, her landlord forgetting to cash her rent payment and the money sits in her account. Most recently, her group home returned SSA's mail to sender and they suspended her again. I've called four times and spent a total of SIX HOURS on hold. The first time I spoke to an agent who couldn't find any problem but promised the issue was resolved. When at the end of the month my sister's payment was not received I called again. Twice I was disconnected after 30 minutes of holding. Another time I was on hold for OVER THREE HOURS and finally hung up, exasperated. Once again I'm on hold listening to an endless repetition of mind-numbing messages. I am truly ashamed of being an American whenever I deal with SSA and have great pity for all my fellow citizens.

Andean World is a scam. Their products never arrive. Their friendly email support offers to reship "for a fee," but don't fall for it like me. They're just trying to squeeze you for every penny they can get. I paid their re-ship fee, but their stuff never comes. I've been waiting since June and now its November. SCAMMERS.

Twice product never arrived. I contacted them and they offered to resend for a $29 additional fee. I paid it, but again it never arrived. The original tracking link says "It's been unusually long since your package was shipped. Please visit the carrier's website." The re-ship status is "In Transit - 67 days."

Twice the product never arrived. They were friendly enough in answering emails and even offered to re-ship provided I paid the shipping costs for the second shipment. I agreed. They sent some pseudo tracking info from a site called 17track. The first shipment shows in transit for 64 days. The second for 17 days. It seems to me they either falsified their shipping info or were so completely shoddy in their packaging as to subject it to customs siezure twice. Either way, not a happy customer. Would not reccomend buying from this "vendor."

Ordered custom patches online. Uploaded my art and sketches on the user-friendly ordering platform. Received my order confirmation and within a day or two, a digital draft of my patch. I requested some corrections and we went back-and-forth a couple of times with the easy workflow system. Once I approved the patch I received a digital sample and the patch was sent to production. A few weeks later my 200 perfect patches appeared in my mailbox. I would definitely use The Studio for custom work again.
