Their website claims that international shipping to the US takes 10-21 days, but my order has been held up at customs for over a month. It is Feb 14 as i'm writing, i placed my order Jan 7, and still it is not here. Not only this, but they only sent HALF MY ORDER because they were worried about issues with customs, so they are clearly lying about the 10-21 days because they know their products get held up at customs longer than that. I have been in contact with them, and I have asked REPEATEDLY for them to simply send the second half NOW, so that I do not have to wait until the first shipment arrives for them to send the second shipment. I paid them for a product and they are REFUSING to send it. Do not trust these people.

Edit: they commented on this post, and THEN emailed me a "solution" which I did not accept. They offered half a refund, however they did not offer to refund half the shipping (which was an extra 33% of the bill, what I paid for was 150$USD~ and shipping was an extra 45$USD~). I have asked now FOUR TIMES for them to send the second package and even in the "solution" email they are trying to dodge sending me what I paid for.

edit 2: They have commented here, and yet they have not responded to my email response in the last 8 days. I told them to send the other shipment and I got no response.

Interesting range of products, surprisingly fast delivery, and their support is friendly & efficient.

Customer service is really good, I was guided right from the start until I received the product. Shipping was really quick, most importantly the quality of the product was top notch.

Andean World is a scam. Their products never arrive. Their friendly email support offers to reship "for a fee," but don't fall for it like me. They're just trying to squeeze you for every penny they can get. I paid their re-ship fee, but their stuff never comes. I've been waiting since June and now its November. SCAMMERS.

Great product, fast delivery to southwest USA - well under 2 weeks.

The product arrived alright into Spain, it was shipped in two lots, with the first lot the buyerr had to pay an additional 14 Euros import fees to customs and with the second packet an additional 6 Euros, which seemed a bit random.
Over all super pleased with the product and it's quality and that it arrived alright.

When I was confused about the international shipping info and tracking numbers with my order I was able to get a hold of the business without delay on WhatsApp. They seemed legitimately concerned as to whether or not I would receive it (which I did) and were ready to stay in touch all along the way.
