Poor auto calculation of direct debit amount which needed a reply from a person to make it more realistic.
Unfortunately this took over a week & meant a direct debit payment was not taken but hopefully will work out eventually.

I simply can't believe the level of incompetency within this company. In the past I have had to resort to leaving bad reviews to get a gas delivery, but this time they have delivered, but charged me almost double the correct rate for the gas. I live on a residential park, and I pay a group price of .595p + VAT per litre. Earlier this year I received a letter stating that my gas price was increasing 5p a litre, so I called Calor, told them I was on a group price, and they confirmed the letter had been sent in error, and that my price would remain .595 per litre. I had a delivery of 230 litres on Tuesday 14th October, and today my account shows I have been billed £234.26! I called Calor and they said I had been charged over 97p a litre, but confirmed it was an error, and that my rate was indeed .595. Just how can an error like that be made when they have my price on record, and who on earth pays over 97p a litre for a bulk delivery in any case! I was told it would be looked into, but I have absolutely no faith left in this company. I'm sure some residents would just pay the bill without realising, because a lot of them are very elderly. I need somebody to look into this, because it is simply not acceptable! My account number is 100007729.
