I've purchased several backpacks and some accessories including their notepads. The quality is very good, especially for the price.
I've only purchased in store so I am surprised to see so much 1-star reviews.

Avoid like the plague
Trying to purchase chatgpt, card declined. contact tide, they do not see any declines at their end (tried x4 rimes and sent a photo of decline), then informed the company may not accept tide - its stripe they accept every payment method, tide then asked me to use a different card/not tide to make the payment to see if that would work? (of course it would work its not tide!!!)- which defeats the purpose of paying for business expenses using my business account!
This has happened several times, officially giving up on this company and moving both accounts elsewhere.

AVOID. Unable to delete business page, page remains not moderated/approved by YELP however appears in search engines!. no customer service other than an international contact number - company does it best to not be accessible, whilst using your business data to make money - which you can not edit appropriately AND THEY REFUSE TO DELETE!
Registered my business, awaiting approval, my business address is my home address, YELP settings state my address is hidden, however appears in search results. my account is awaiting approval for weeks!, however my business name and address is visible on search results (totally dishonest company)- and there is no email/online chat communication, only a international telephone number.... mediocre company, unsure why they are allowed to operate in this manner, disgusting

Review of Shark Vacuum UK
Although the most expensive (approx £500), its the worst vacuum i have ever owned. Suction is appalling for the anti-wrap, i'm sure a £50 vacuum would do better.

Poor customer service. Offered a sim only deal which i said yes to, however unable to complete process due to being at work, agent agreed to call back - i'm still waiting 2 weeks+ later!

Blocked both of my new business cards so i wasn't able to pay for items online or in-person. Customer service/Chat took hours to read/reply for assistance, and links provided in a font readable to an ant!
Poor management of requesting Tax UTR numbers by blocking businesses finances. Now transferring business accounts elsewhere as Tide can't be trusted to act appropriately.

Review of Microsoft Support
I am so surprised to read the negative reviews, I pay for 365, and accessed microsoft support several times due to email issues, software issues and to receive support to activate Office 2024 (A dodgy purchase from Groupon). Support were able to solve the issues, or at least explain why unable to resolve on all occasions.
Review of Hostinger
Be careful, its mediocre, creates issues towards customers in attempts to force upsells, whilst conveniently ignoring previous communications to disconnect from any accountability at their end - furious!
Update (3 hours+ of communicating with customer service, no accountability just continuously trying to upsell at the highest price possible).
I found hostinger offer saving 100% the renewal price for exactly the same service (Hostinger Cloud Start-Up), so i purchased.
Dashboard states i can upload my website, however Hostinger will not provide me access to my emails, stating i have to pay one month £30 to access my emails. No free access as baring in mind my hosting is suppose to expire tomorrow!!!!
No accountability for lying to me in the first instance that my website/emails will expire tomorrow - and the sole reason why i have lost all my emails and websites are suspended! - hostingers upsell tactics are shameful.
Initially told a discount of renewal can be offered when i said i would migrate elsewhere, then my websites/emails got suspended an hour later, the discount was then retracted.
When i purchased the 100% discounted hosting, hostinger customer service then said i can refund my 100% discount, and apply the 20% discount offered previously (yes the one they retracted so i can pay an additional £100+!).
Confused? try being a customer at this end
.................................................................................
Earlier Today
I've been receiving emails from Hostinger that my Hosting / Cloud, Start-Up will be expiring in a number of days, today 28/05/2025 being 1 day remaining.
I contacted Hostinger to make them aware I would be migrating today and asked them a few questions so i could better understand the process, as i wanted to ensure my website remained functional at the front-end, whilst understanding any reduced services.
I returned an hour later to the chat box to get the latest update to additional questions (chat takes approx 15min-1hr to reply), to find that my websites have been suspended - my websites are appearing as 403 errors!.
The countdown notifications/1 day remaining was actually not correct, it was hours, which Hostinger customer service, C-Panel, emails etc decided not relevant to tell me, even after going back and forth with customer service today discussing migrating not once was i told it will expire in an hour, disgusting!.

Review of License Tom
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL
Purchased Office 2024 from UK Groupon/License Tom, product didn't work because i had already purchased Office 2024 in the past and advised by Microsoft that License Tom are selling VOLUME LICENSE KEYS. Office 2024 has been discontinued, License Keys are not for public sell, they are for large businesses to purchase microsoft at a discount.
Refund requested.... License Tom then stated to Groupon they had contacted me to resolve however i hadn't replied!
License Tom have kept hold of my money and clearly still refuse to provide a refund, whilst continuing to lie to Groupon.... meanwhile Groupon supports their dodgy behaviour (check Groupon rust Pilot page, Volume License keys are an issue on groupon, i'm not the first, and certainly not the last).
Review of Groupon UK
11/03/2025 Regarding customer service reply: Absolute lie! after 3+ weeks, providing links/screenshots and full details that LicenseTom is selling VOLUME LICENSE KEYS FROM MICROSOFT: Not intended for pubic use (strictly for large businesses)...... lots of emails to customer service stating escalating and apologising, even advised LicenseTom/Merchant will email m to resolve....
i received an email today from Arul/Groupon stating LicenseTom has advised they reached out to resolve but i didn't reply, and i needed to contact LicenseTom the whole saga has started again, still no refund, LicenseTom/dodgy merchant remains on groupon, and supported by groupon to continue to sell microsoft license keys!
..................................................................................
AVOID, they are as dodgy as their merchants... still no refund and still no reply to my complaint.
3+ weeks later, groupon customer service is everything but customer service. dodgy merchant selling Microsoft office 2024 volume licence keys for businesses (not for public sell as microsoft customer support advised me when trying to help me activate it!).... yes still for sell on groupon because they support dodgy merchants.
easy fix, i assumed groupon would just provide a refund, but no its been a circus of link clicking, different customer service agents saying they are helping and escalating, then i receive the same email from another rep.
i finally received one refund on one of the products, the office 2024 remains in circles approaching 4 weeks now, groupon agent chat on their website is stuck on previous engagement so it won't connect... absolutely disgusting.
i want to take it to the ombudsman but need groupon to complete their "complaints process" which of course is non existent because there is complaint process being followed, let alone a resolution.

AVOID - Groupon supports merchants which are scamming the public selling IT software (Microsoft OFFICE 2024 Lifetime Access and MICROSOFT 365 Lifetime Access), and will not provide a refund when the product doesn't work, because they wish to continue to promote these businesses regardless if microsoft have stated it is not for public use/resell!
Purchased Office 2024 from Groupon. after 2-3 days of the install being stuck between 5%-8%, i reached out to microsoft support to assist, who informed me Office 2024 purchased from Groupon will not work because it is a VOLUME LICENSE KEY intended for large businesses to purchase for their IT systems, I am not an administrator therefore it won't work, and having paid subscriptions before with microsoft its detected the issue/problem.....
I informed groupon 15/02/2024 after purchasing Microsoft 365 (1009766812). Groupon couldn't care a less. they continue to promote the same companies, refuse to provide a refund as they said i have redeemed the voucher (yes the product that doesn't work and not intended for public resell), and groupon added that i need to contact the merchant (yes, groupon actually stated this within their email, because we all know dodgy people/companies provide refunds!).
I've asked for the ombudsman's details, unsure if that will materialise.....
UPDATE: As you can see from Groupon's reply on Trustpilot, they just ignore information provided, i have already contacted customer support who were anything but helpful in resolving the matter which is why i left a review with both order numbers, once informed no refund is provided, and to contact the seller.... still no update from customer service to escalate my complaint to receive a refund for dodgy products purchased on Groupon

Review of Forcemediauk
Misleading company that shouldn't be associated with mental health... ForceMediaUK owns eachmindmatters.co.uk (smoke screen for their despicable behaviour/marketing tactics/methods to gain your money)
Contacted from ForceMediaUK regarding "eachmindmatters.co.uk"; mental health poster/campaign.
- Received a call from a man discussing a mental health campaign
- Another call followed a week or so later regarding publication image. very brief discussion lead by call handler, they sent an email and i said i wasn't keen on the image. i was reassured in the call that this was at discussion stages, and i would need to agree if i wanted to go ahead with participating in this campaign, artwork, poster image size etc.
I never agreed to this campaign neither spoke to ForceMediaUK again, however they sent a final demand letter 10/01/2025 with threats of a court case if i don't pay £114! (opened the letter today)
ForceMediaUK (Fitting name!), reached an agreement all by themselves that my business was to participate in this "eachmindmatters.co.uk" campaign..... or more than likely to just get money from my business any means necessary whilst they use mental health services as a smoke screen.
