Would not recommend to anyone, this cheap fraudulent app is a waste of time and just after your money. It’s embarrassing! Spend your money on a real gym membership

Awful customer service. Been 3 months almost and waiting for a refund of £300. I initially requested exchanges in a bigger size of these items but they never sent me anything! Absolutely useless and unethical company

Spent £400 for a 40 minute consultation. The lawyer rang me 45 minutes late and did not send me any summary for 15 days. Unprofessional and poor service in my opinion, for that money it was a waste to simply regurgitate information I had already read online so I don’t recommend them

Terrible. Don't go here unless you want your car dented by them and to receive no follow up or help regarding the situation! Absolute trash 1000000% don't waste your money

I was a loyal customer of Contiki for many years, but recently am disgusted with their customer service after booking me onto a trip and reserving my spot, then cancelling my spot as I hadn't paid despite calling them countless times all week. Told me they had tried calling me only to have received 0 missed calls or contact, emails ignored, etc. nobody seemed interested in booking me onto the trip and it's their loss entirely

Unprofessional and rude staff who don't respond to emails or read them properly

Lied to me and told me laser sessions were available to redeem lifelong, when in fact it is only 2 years. No call back to discuss this and no offer of a full refund as of yet

Cancelled my class 3x without proper confirmation and at short notice, the final time was when I was already aboard my train. A friend due to attend the class was awaiting a covid test result and when I asked if I could bring another friend I was told I was 'welcome to bring whoever I wanted' with no clear indication not to come. After leaving home and on my way they then told me my booking was cancelled and not to come - although no email confirming this was ever received. I contacted them on Instagram where messages were always replied to ambiguously, and was told to email them with still no reply 3 days later. Also, they actually BLOCKED my Instagram account which I find horribly unprofessional. This is just not what you would expect from a company that claims to be so 'positive' and 'good-vibed,' please improve your communication and manners with your customers because this is shameful!

Poor quality products and no brand transparency with what they pay garment workers and their working conditions. Don't make a 'conscious collection' and greenwash customers when your whole business model is the exact opposite and can never be sustainable without making some very rigorous changes. I encourage anyone reading this to educate themselves more about where these (and other
fast fashion) clothes come from, and the conditions in which they are made - there are many resources including the documentary 'The True Cost.'

My father passed away and they charged me and refused to give me a refund even though he was hospitalised from the first of the month and not alive from the 18th of that month. Absolutely ridiculous, disgusting, and INHUMANE the things people do to make a bit of extra money! After many months of dispute they did refund it but should not have taken that much struggle and time at all particularly in one's time of immense grief. A shame because he loved the club and I'm sure I would too, but I cannot justify ever returning because of this atrocious behaviour.
