Father passed away and they refused to refund

My father passed away and they charged me and refused to give me a refund even though he was hospitalised from the first of the month and not alive from the 18th of that month. Absolutely ridiculous, disgusting, and INHUMANE the things people do to make a bit of extra money! After many months of dispute they did refund it but should not have taken that much struggle and time at all particularly in one's time of immense grief. A shame because he loved the club and I'm sure I would too, but I cannot justify ever returning because of this atrocious behaviour.
