Absolutely third class customer…
Absolutely third class customer service. I can not recommend the parking company and will say NOT TO USE this parking company. A mistake I made was that I never read the reviews, they are scam.
While making reservation, on my return date, by mistake instead of choosing 4:30 pm I selected 4:30 am. Although there was enough time to correct this error and staff knew about this mistake but they did not made any effort to call and check with me only to make more money. I found this behavior unhelpful. At the time of parking I was asked to pay £20 extra, I was not very happy. The driver was very helpful and courteous and helped us to load and unload in a cheerful manor. (5 star)
When I collected my car, while driving back, I realized that my car was used without my permission for 17 miles, and to avoid detection camera in my car was unplugged, looks like my car was used to transfer passengers to the the airport. In past, I parked my car in different parking places and never had this kind dishonesty before and for that reason I will not be recommending this company to my friends or others. They can not be trusted.

Never again. Read the terms and conditions, if ur flight is delayed after midnight, u are on ur own finding a taxi which is between 15£ and 30£ for an Uber u end up paying more...
Untrustworthy company
Terrible communication from staff, no one was there on my arrival to collect my car and take me to the airport, and no one answered any of the calls I made to the office. I requested a refund and the lady who responded to the email was rude and refused to refund me, claiming I was a ‘No Show’. Do not trust this company!

I emailed after explaining I had to get a new parking space for the airport last minute since they had not communicated with me about my booking and I didn’t know what to do since the place was closed, they refused to refund me back.

We booked our Vauxhall insignia in to be parked there from Saturday 11th until Saturday 18th June, leaving the vehicle locked and secure. Whilst not immaculate it was in a clean condition. Whilst we were away we contacted the company and asked for a price to keep the car for a further 6 nights, meaning we would return on Friday 24th June, and we’re told £120 CASH??? This is twice as much as we had paid for 7 nights.
Upon our return we were collected as planned. Whilst being driven back , the driver was on the phone. He asked if he’d woken the person up and then continued saying that it had all gone pear shaped and they’d lost it.
On getting back to the unit our car was not where we had left it. (Not unusual) I immediately noticed how dirty it was, it was covered in bird crap all over the bonnet and near side of the car. I then noticed the near side rear tyre was flat. I went to the office and said to the driver the car had a flat tyre. He said, ‘wait I’m trying to find your key’ he came out with our key, where he said there’s a note saying it’s got a flat tyre, he removed the note and handed me the key. It was then we noticed the car was not even locked. I asked the driver what happens now, our car had 4 inflated tyres when we left it here to which he repeatedly told me it was not his problem, he was just the driver. He said call the main or head office on the 0203 number, but failed to supply me with the remainder of the number. There was absolutely no offer of assistance or help, no asking if we were ok to do it ourself or if we had breakdown cover. Absolutely nothing what so ever. It was shameful that was the level of customer care and customer service provided.
Distracted by trying to sort the car out the driver then disappeared in the mini bus. Failing to ask for the money I owed. We had a pump in the car and inflated the tyre so we could drive to the nearest garage. When we left there was nobody at all there. With no one to speak to and no one to leave any money securely, we left.
On the Saturday afternoon I got a call from them regarding the money owed. I told my tale of woe and was asked to put it in writing, which I did. Almost immediately I got a call to from a man who said he was the boss. He was rude, would not allow me or my partner to speak. He’d watched the cctv which showed me telling the absolute truth. He apologised for his drivers behaviour , explained that the series of unfortunate events 1. They should have reinflated the tyre before we arrived, they didn’t. 2. They could have jet washed the bird crap off the car. They didn’t. 3. The driver should have been more helpful. He wasn’t.
He then gave me a gesture of good Will a reduction of £20 and said he’d give me slight reductions each time we used them in the future (as if I am going to use them again) & threatened me with court action if I failed to pay.
He Promised an apology in writing and a phone call from the driver to apologise, neither of these he delivered. Oh and incidentally, the reason I mentioned the phone call the driver made, they’d apparently lost someone’s car key.

No answer to multiple phone calls.
I had to find alternative parking which because I could not pre-book, cost me even more money.
I then got a rude text message at 3:30am telling me that "We do not open until 3:45am" - so where on earth do you accept bookings for before this time?
Furthermore, I sent you emails requesting my refund as I did not use your services because you mis sold your service and arrangement to me but you have ignored me.

Wish I could put zero starts absolutely horrid place with horrid people working there first of all I booked the space for 10 days got there a little later on and they charged me 20 coz I was late couldn’t pay cash so had to transfer it to his personal account which I find strange and as for where u leave your car I can only describe something out of a horror movie after our holiday they was ment to pick us up from airport which they didn’t then to top it off get back to my car and there is a massive scratch on bottom of it please please stay away

We left our car for a week and when we came back it had over 30 miles done to it. Its an absolute disgrace, i couldn’t recommend it less.

On arrival, only a few hours befpre our flight i was told my vehichle was 0.4m over the size, in which would apparently take up two spaces. They told me i was lucky they only charged me 50% of the price and not 100% extra. Despite i was the size within the terms and conditions, i had to pay £40 extra in cash, or i could not have my vehichle back. We paid in cash, and was told we would recieve the receipt in email, they are now saying they have no records of such payment, so we are struggling to get the money back.
Regards of that situation, the customer service was appauling, even by the manager too!
He was rude, and insulting, wouldnt allow me to speak, kept talking over me. He was rude about my vehichle aswell, stating its age and how "old and crappy" it was. And stating that its not insulting if its the truth. Personally a terrible people that run it,that clearly wanted a little extra cash in their hands
ive had better experiences actually parking at the airport for just a tiny fraction more of the price.
When the vehichle was returned, it was covered in bird poo, and leaves. And the windscreen was filthy, so im not sure where they park the vehicles.
We are in the process to try and get our money back. But the help line only goes through to them!!
I would strongly advise against using them if you want peace of mind and no cons!!!
cracked windscreen!
retuned back from my holiday soon as i picked my car up noticed that the windscreen was cracked all the way across! this could have only been caused by staff using my car while i was away or damaged while parked as it was perfectly fine before! they did not show any responsibility or and interest just gave me a number to there main office to call and they will sort it out.
only to be told that they are not responsible for any damage to the cars while parked in their car park and that no cover on cars while parked.
please avoid this company at all costs it isn't worth the aggro and headache!
I booked parking with Smart park and…
I booked parking with Smart park and ride from 28th of 2022 till 15th of May 2022. On arrival they are so kind and helpful to you but the place is not really a car park , full of pot holes, under trees ( you may have lots of bird poo all over your vehicle) you may think you save money by choosing these guys but you get it wrong. I spent £25 to clean my car which was very dirty bird poo, leaves all around wipers , bars.
As l came back earlier than for an emergency return. I messaged them in the morning 8 hours in advance they ignored my message.
When l arrive heathrow airport 17:00 l called them and messaged them again for my arrival and tell them l will be in stansted around 7-8 pm . I called them again 30 mins before l arrived stansted airport. They told me they dont have anyone to pick me up from stansted airport but they can try to get someone else but £40 extra charge. 2 miles only. I arrived 7:33 pm and l phoned them several times no anwers. I phoned them 11 times and messaged l waited an hour at the bus stop opposite the hilton hotel where they pick you up. There was another lady she waited 40 minutes. When you dropped off your car they asked all your flights details for nothing. Bad customer services bad location l wouldnt recommend this place for anyone . Long waiting on your arrival, rude customer service, dirty vehicles , maybe damaged.
I lost my flight .....and they are bulling me
On Monday the 18 th i have booked through you a week parking to the Smart Park in Stansted started from 11 am . On the way to Stansted I had an accident on the road and I had to be about an hour and a half late . According to the instructions I have to call a friendly driver: 07946 069129!!!!!!!! . I called on the way to the parking lot at 12:37 that I will be in about 20 minutes at the Parking . The friendly driver !!!!!! informed me that I should have 20 pounds in cash because I am late !!!!!!!. I was frustrated because I didn't have any cash with me and I had to immediately leave my car in the parking lot because there was a possibility of losing my flight . I just said that I can give the money that I believe is not ok with my card .
The friendly driver !!!!!!informed me that there is no way to let me park my car without having the cash money in hand !!!!!!!. I was in a very bad situation losing my flight and I didn't know what to do . The friendly driver hung up on me and a little later the Smart park call me on my phone and instead of helping me out told me that i have abused!!!!!on the phone their colleague and they have called the police to arrest me .Also if i go to the smart park they will arrest me !!!!!!!

We used smart park before flying out from Stansted Airport and it'll not be the last Time. Although it seems to be out in the middle of nowhere, it was extremely convenient, minimum wait time, well priced and friendly service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Company is a scam from the beginning. When I got to the airport they asked for an extra £10 “entry fee” although they never actually entered an airport car park.
On our return there was apparently no drivers to meet us at the airport. So we had to take a £20 taxi to literally the middle of nowhere to pick up our car. Our car key had been left on a tire.
