Customer Service 0/10
Customer Service appalling both on email and telephone. They don't read emails , they just send a scripted reply . Very unhelpful . Took 21 emails 15 phone calls 25 instagram messages to finally sort out my issue. If they had read my email correctly in the first instance it could have been dealt with so quickly and easily but instead I kept getting the same generic reply . Took 3 months to finally sort it.

I have been shopping @ H&M for years and don't like how they have changed ! Website is awful and difficult to get round and making a review is wrong in so many ways. If the review is good it'll go through and be put on the website, if it's a bad review it won't go through and they'll say can't do this at this present time try later and when you do try later the item has been taken off your purchases. Now you have to pay for returns , this is new and annoying as this was part of being a member you got free returns.

I used to shop for years in H&M nowadays l pop in and see they still haven't become sane with that awful website so depart briskly. The old website was so easy to manoeuvre but now it chaos, get your act together H&M and l will be back.
Filthy products, zero support
Multiple items in my order arrived absolutely filthy, nothing to do with the delivery as the external packaging was pristine. Customer services were utterly useless, to get replacement products my discount code is now expired and invalid. Furthermore, I do not have a printer at home, and unlike every other supplier in the western world, they were unable to send me a scanable code to take to a drop off point. I can’t get to my nearest store easily at all. Absolute sham.
NEVER ORDER FROM HERE
Took 2 weeks to arrive, at this point even SHEIN delivers faster. Poorly packaged and way too small. I ordered the size I always have on H&M jeans and I ordered the same model, I am a 30/32 and the jeans almost felt like a 28/30, I checked the size of the jeans and the label said it was the size that I had ordered. So I returned them. It’s been a week since hm received the package and I still haven’t gotten my money back, all of this took over a month…

Worst experience I have ever had with a shop online.
I purchased curtains during a 20% discount period, with an estimated delivery time of 4-6 days. However, after more than 15 days of waiting, I still hadn't received them, so I contacted customer service. They promised me a discount once the order arrived. When the order finally shipped, the address on the package was incorrect, even though it was correct on the order I had filled out. As a result, the package was returned and treated as if I had requested a return, meaning I never received the promised discount.
After contacting customer service again, they offered me the same 20% discount that I had used when I originally purchased the curtains, which had expired by that point. They then promised a second discount as an apology for both the delay and the address error, to be applied after I completed the purchase. However, after following through and contacting them again, I found out that customer service had misled me, and the second promised discount didn’t actually exist.
Good fashion, terrible delivery/in store support/ customer service
H&M fashion and pricing is brilliant. However the delivery time is far from acceptable, no option for next day or even 48 hour delivery and it always takes even longer than the 4 days it recommends. I have never received an item before 4 days and more often than not it’s over a week. In store they tend to only ever have one cashier fulfilling a queue of people and you can never find anyone in store to help you. Customer service is terrible and takes 45 mins to resolve a simple matter with constantly being put on hold. Overall I am conflicted as I love the clothes however sometimes I am unsure if it’s worth the hassle!

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I would give their delivery service 0 stars if I could. 2 days in a row have been told my large homeware order was going to be delivered, even given times of delivery. Still has not arrived. Taken time off from work to received it and having had endless chats with their chat bot was eventually given a phone number. Keep on being advised ''rest assured your order will be delivered at such and such a time'' been on the phone, at my cost. Will NEVER order from them again.
Customer services are no help
Placed an order and selected next day delivery by mistake which cost £6. I called customer services within half an hour of placing the order and asked them to cancel my order or change the shipping option and refund me the £6. She said it wasn’t possible as the order had been processed. Sorry it’s been less than half an hour just cancel it or change the shipping?!!
Misleading advertising
I ordered online with them like I have in the past a few times and now for the second time. The main item I shopped for that was on sale and advertised, I did not receive. This time there was no communication and it shows in my receipt. When I called to speak with them as I had no update where my missing item was they advised me they were “out of stock”. When I purchased they were in stock. This is the second time I have ordered from them for a specific item and ended up buying a few others and they have told me they were “out of stock” weeks after I paid and finalized my order. So now I have items I didn’t really want and not the one I specifically went to their store for….
The customer service is difficult to contact and less than helpful. When a supervisor was requested they said they were all busy.
10/10 do not recommend wasting your money here.

I paid for a 3 to 8 day delivery. Customer service has told me I have to wait 11 days and then wait again while they conduct a search. They have my money I have nothing. Do not order from them.
14 days and still no delivery
Yet again H&M are let down by Evri. This is my 4th order that I have had to chase with poor customer service and still not received my order. The outsourced customer service is hopeless and it appears powerless to do anything. I love the H&M clothes but just cannot get them delivered. Surely H&M have a duty to ensure if an order is accepted and payment taken that the delivery company delivers.
Update. Evri claim again for the second time to have tried to deliver but nobody in and no safe place to leave order. I’ve been in again all day and my porch has not moved. Clearly they are lying yet again.
Products but delivery speed (and comms) appalling
This company's products are fine, but it needs to get its act together as far as delivery is concerned. For the past month at least, it's been quoting 3-5 day delivery speeds. But one order of mine placed in September took a fortnight. My sister had the same problem a couple of weeks later. And a current order of mine is shaping up to take just as long. That would be acceptable were they upfront about it and gave customers the chance to look elsewhere for a similar product that could be delivered more quickly. It's not really what you expect from the world's world's second-largest fashion retailer.
Extremely Happy Wife
My wife is extremely happy with her clothes from H&M online. She is able to choose her things in her own time with free delivery with purchases over £20. A perfect hassle free transaction.
Mixed Feelings
The delivery is basically free so I can't complain that it's getting incredibly slow but it is bad for the image and reputation of H&M. I receive discount codes as compensation but it's the same code multiple times so only works once which is annoying. I really like the clothes and the size range is great. Customer service are completely unresponsive, maybe staff shortages? Generally very good but be prepared to wait for your orders!

If you expect your items to be delivered, shop elsewhere. H&M delivered 1 out of 14 items and claimed the rest of the delivery was refused by me: The acceptance of the goods has been declined by the recipient. Not true.
They are telling me to reorder once I get a refund I never requested, but many of the items are no longer in stock. Tried to reach out via customer service chat 4 times and their connection hardly works. It feels more like a scam site than a proper online retailer.
They do NOT ship to the shipping address you choose at check out! Beware!
I ordered a couple things for my toddler daughter, hoping to have them before her birthday. At check out, I thought it was a little odd to see my out of state sister's address and nephew's name as the shipping address, but... a FEW YEARS AGO I *did* look around for him... but ended up buying elsewhere. Whatever. I updated the shipping address to my own, and bought the clothes. A day later, and I get a shipping notification ADDRESSED TO MY NEPHEW (who is 5 years old, btw) and worse, that the items I bought and carefully made sure were going to MY house for MY child were in fact being shipped to my nephew's address several states away. I logged onto the website and sure enough... my stuff was being shipped to the wrong address, even though I had personally entered the correct address at check out. But the stuff is still in the warehouse! Hoping for a better outcome, I called customer service and was told that even with a guest checkout, that I have to go into a totally different screen-- personal account, not check out, and enter a shipping address there... or ... no matter what address I enter at check out.... whatever you buy will go to a previous shipping address... even if that address is NOT your own, but was for a gift recipient. *Even if you didn't actually buy anything, but merely considered it* My stuff is en route to Ohio, and there's nothing they can do about it. I was welcomed to order the clothes again and made aware of the most ridiculous online shopping flaw I have ever encountered in 20 years. No refunds, no amends, just an oh, well... I thought about buying the clothes again... but... where will they go next time? I sent a birthday present to my sister in law from Etsy, so perhaps there. My trust has been lost.
