Shani who runs pawside yoga is a liar…

Shani who runs pawside yoga is a liar and a complete fraudster, she will use your services and never pay you she will contuine to promise to sort it and never does and I see from this thread I'm not the only one who has had horrible experiences with her. I agreed to bring my puppies along to puppy yoga three times and she never payed me a penny for my time her classes are a shambles even her staff don't seem to have a clue what they are doing. The whole thing is a joke and I really do hope she doesn't do this to anyone else. What an awful person she is and doesn't care less about the puppies only the money and I completely regret working with her and I'm so disgusted at her whole company. Shame on you!!!

Another one of the scammed

I sent them over 10 emails and Instagram messages to try and confirm a booking over the course of a month, nothing from them until I emailed saying I had written to action fraud before they replied and said they weren’t running any classes on the day I had booked and paid for. Nonsense. Can’t be refunded the gift voucher I was given, so that’s a total waste as they don’t seem to actually run sessions. They are a con - avoid!

Another scam victim

Like so many others are saying - this is a scam.

We booked a hen party for July 2023. She stopped replying to us shortly after payment which was red flag number 1. Then we saw a couple of concerning reviews and addressed them with her. We said this is the ONLY thing the bride has requested so if there’s any chance whatsoever that she will cancel on us please just tell us now so we can find something else. She sent a very convincing heartfelt response, so we decided to proceed.

On the day of the event, 2 HOURS before we are due to meet, she cancels via email - she blames to puppy provider. We immediately replied saying we have 15 women turning up in a couple of hours, can we atleast continue the yoga without puppies. Her answer is no she’s already cancelled the team…
So we meet at the venue anyway and scramble for a new plan. Whilst at the venue we tell the people working there about what happened. Their response… THEY NEVER HAD A STUDIO BOOKING FOR THAT DAY.

We’ve since been trying to get our money back. She was ignoring us at first, then we sent a letter of intent to take her to small claims court. That got her attention and she said she would pay us back in two instalments on specific dates because ‘she doesn’t want anymore negative reviews’. These dates have passed and we still have no money back. She owes us £600.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. Do not book Pawside yoga avoid at all costs. We had a booking back in June, which got cancelled due to miscommunication. They keep claiming they are going to refund - now in October and we have had no refund and the communication is becoming less and less.

Scammer - If you have a venue hire service stay away

We've got a venue hire company and Shani sent us a fake proof of transfer on the way.
We like to try and accomodate our clients as best as we can. Normally we don't provide our services without the invoices having been fully cleared.

She avoided clearing her invoice. She kept promising she would to no avail.
We've called a debt collectors agency and they said this company has 2 convictions for unpaid bills as well.
you can see from companies house that they haven't filled their accounts since 2021. I will never work with her again and I don't recommend any other venue doing so.

Never go here, waste of money!!!!

Honestly I have never had such bad customer service in my life. I booked a class for Valentine’s Day, to be told a day before that it had been cancelled. They then informed me I have to wait until another class comes up to book again, been waiting 6 months yet still no classes! I asked for the money back but have been ignored ever since. These people are such thieving puta’s and have no care for any of their customers. Should be shut down and sent to prison!

Scam company

Like all the other reviews on here- booked a class in May last year, they cancelled last minute and it's taken them over a year to reimburse one of the tickets and won't refund the other. They are a total scam do NOT use.

Last minute cancellation by vendor

I booked tickets for a class in November 2021 but unfortunately received an email the day before notifying me that the class had been cancelled as the puppies were unwell.

I was provided with a discount code in order to rebook but when I tried to rebook, it said that this discount code was invalid.

I have tried to contact Pawside Yoga several times on every platform possible - email/ Whatsapp/ Instagram and merely got a rude response, if any response at all.

Update on 07/04/2023 - I have finally received a refund (c. 10 months after first raising the issue of the invalid discount code with Pawside Yoga).

AVOID

I’m so sad to unfortunately leave this review but my experience has been so terrible I feel obliged to warn others!

I booked a private event for my sister’s hen a year in advance. They cancelled 2 days before. Firstly, what the F?! How terrible / unprofessional / stressful!

Secondly, they said they’ve issued a refund of my £330 and I’d receive it in 3-5 working days, but I’ve still not received it (8 working days later & counting).

There has been absolutely no acknowledgement let alone understanding or empathy for my situation of having my event cancelled last minute and not receiving my refund timely.

There is no phone number and Shani is slow to respond via email. I’ve emailed now 3 times without a response. Have I been scammed?

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

UPDATE - I received my refund 4 weeks later on 14 April.

This is a scam

This is a scam.

I bought a ticket for a friend and emailed to ask the location and that the name be changed on the ticket. Four I replied emails later, I get in touch through Instagram again and again. They promise they’re going to reply and they never do. Then suddenly tell me the class is being cancelled with 48h to go (when we’re they going to tell me?).

They send an email notifying me of their intention to issue a refund. I don’t think I’m getting my money back.

This was dodgy from the start. Don’t fall for it.

Do not waste your money or time…

Do not waste your money or time with this company

It is 6 months since I bought vouchers with them
2st attempt - the class was not in central london as advertised, so cancelled
2nd attempt - I was told the date and area, took day off work to go but class never appeared on their booking list
3rd attemp - class booked, day taken off work, class cancelled by Pawside, with no explanation
4th attempt - class booked, day taken off work, class cancelled and says it’s to be refunded - no email explanation!!!

They have countless times told me they don’t refund, they do not respond to emails, there is no phone number to contact anyone. This company is horrendous
Let’s see now if I do actually get my money refunded

No phone number - no reply to emails …. Worst present ever

5.8.22 I would just like to update tgat although I have been told I would get a refund, twice. I am still waiting for my payment t to be returned

13.11.22 I would like to confirm that I finally received my refund from Pawside yoga in September which I thought would be the end of this long saga. But today I have received an email from them asking for me to remove my review otherwise they will need to open up an investigation as this is allegedly defamation of character of the business.

Needless to say my feedback will not change.
