My experience :Sickening

My experience :
Man telephones says he is from BT.
I have already dealt with someone actually from BT about the Digital switch and tell him that giving the official BT 's email address. And as I am a vulnerable customer he has extended my present contract until a more suitable piece of equipment becomes available.
This man from BTLocalBusiness then sends a contract for signature ! No discussion has taken place. It is for 5 years ! with yearly price increases and not for the sort of equipment a deaf person requires.
I respond stating this is mad and far too expensive.
He reduces the cost.
I say No. Not happy. Sticking with my extended contract already in place. Still believing I am speaking to the real BT Business
He sends a 'reminder' with a 'business agreement' to be signed. I will now ignore any further communication having taken legal advice.
This is clearly bordering on mis-selling.
I am aghast that BT is giving account details to this company and allowing this behaviour.

Dur !

Dur. I could kick myself. Took out a 2 year FRB indicated to them annual interest. But what I didnt see was that then they pay the interest April to April which is fine if you take the bond out in April not so fine if you dont and get only 9 months interest as I did instead of the twelve you expect. Why do they do that ?
As my old teachers always taught me to do : KR ATQ. Answer the question. Fully aware My account will get full rate eventually. But not within the first twelve months of my bond. WHY ?
This is a two year fixed rate account. I chose annual interest. I expected the first interest payment on the first anniversary of the account in June. Not in April. When you gave me just nine months interest. (April to April) I did not get twelve month (Annual) interest in the first twelve months of his account. It must work for you but not for this customer. WHY is it done this way ? Tell the consumers reading and let us all see the answer.
So that would be a NO we are not going to answer that question for all to see would it ? You may have fooled me once but I will certainly not be re-investing with you again.

Evri little bit counts

Why oh why have you changed your delivery courier to Evri. This will prevent so many customers from re-ordering with you online.
I received an email that my parcel due today had been misdirected (by EVRI) and was not going to be delivered. Then I get a further email later saying that I wasnt in for a delivery !
Despite being in and having received delivery from both Royal Mail and UPS at the same time of day I am supposedly out. Needless to say NO CARD has been put through my letterbox by EVRI. C'mon JL you must put your reputation before your pocket

Whilst appreciating that during promotions/sales you may be overwhelmed.
I am having to chase one of the four orders placed with you. Three have been successfully followed through to delivery stage. One has not. Order WUK00295640 appears to not have proceeded beyond confirmation stage. I have telephoned customer services (twice) who will not offer anything other than 'looking into it will ring you back' or 'will update you am looking into it' But the attitude and manner left a lot to be desired. Could someone please confirm that this order will be fulfilled ?

Thank you sooo much for your kind reply. Yes your customer services operative really went the half mile for me by revealing absolutely nothing whatsoever about the reason for delay. Just how many teams of people does it take to confirm you have stock and how long does it take them to then confirm to your customer by email when that stock will arrive ?

THROWBACK !

The throw I ordered was shown as in stock. I have today been sent an email stating its not in fact there is now a delay of 3 to 4 weeks. I have emailed the company to cancel this order ( order number NN0003806037). This email address says they respond in 3 to 4 working days ! That is not acceptable. REFUND MY CARD NOW. You cannot deliver the goods to me within an acceptable time span.

Like other October 2023 buyers…

Like other October 2023 reviewers my order went astray. Paid for next day delivery. Had an email order had processed. Then it did not progress beyond taking the funds out of my account. Had to telephone Customer Service today to be told it may or may not be lost may or may not have been loaded on to a wagon may or may not have been lost on the M3. May or may not have never left our store. Will be several days to may or may not find it. So I cancelled the order - they cannot re-order until they have found or not found the original order ! I now have to wait 5 working days for my card to be refunded. NEVER AGAIN.

Very disappointed with Liberty Customer…

Very disappointed with Liberty Customer care. Parcel didnt arrive on said day via Amazon. Amazon tracking stating sorry your delivery is late that was last Tuesday. Emailed Customer services on the Tuesday to ask for help locating parcel as Amazon had not updated tracking. Nothing. Today a week later still nothing. Asked for card to be re-credited by email. No response. Will not buy online again from this company.

When is a Meter reading not a reading ?

Let me begin by stating I am billed monthly and pay monthly. BG email me when to give my meter reading which I insert into my online account meter readings.
I record my meter readings accurately.
All the bills that were on my account and that I could see how they had been calculated have now been replaced. There are now 33 entries of amounts going in and going out again. No bill can now be downloaded to check either the units or meter readings.
I am wondering whether my readings are being overruled/challenged because it is now Summer I am only using Gas to heat the water and so my consumption will have gone down considerably and rather than take that into account they are just not accepting the reading and making an assumption and estimating my bills and consumption. This is just not on. I have raised a complaint. I am very annoyed.
Thanks Fiona but I dont do facebook or twitter I have already used live chat 3 times in the past week. And had a lengthy phone call to customer services which ended up with my bill for june being updated twice both amounts were different to the tune of around £70 more than the first was. Neither were invoices that could be down loaded and checked as to their accuracy. Why no email address that actually takes emails ? You have chosen the wrong customer to upset this time.

Same thing as another reviewer I placed an order on 2nd December. No confirmation email but money taken out of my account. Contacted customer service who gave me a tracking number for UPS. UPS site says Awaiting wholesale invoice. 10th December UPS site saying returned to France delivered to a DUVAL in Saran France ! I have today asked them to re-credit my card and will update you as and when

Rip off

Rip off prices. No email from them to expect delivery.
Not delivered on the date I asked for.
Tiniest lobster for 24.00 not worth even taking out of the box.
Thank you for response. Fair enough. I expected a lobster having ordered a lobster I did not want anything other than a dressed lobster The fact that you need to dress it up with product other than lobster speaks as to its size. My personal disappointment is just that.

Your order selected 23rd Feb for delivery( Today) order has been delivered on day of choice. ?
No mobile telephone number added to the order form, therefore FEDEX can't update a tracking number
£15.95 for 1 kg of cooked crevettes is a fair price.
Dressed Lobster is a 600g lobster Live weight. cooked , cleaned then white hand picked crab meat is added to the lobster ( we are the only supplier to do this ) then prawns and two crevettes and a seafood sauce for just £24.50.
Fresh Seafood delivered on time,
