I ordered 10no LED candle light bulbs…
I ordered 10no LED candle light bulbs from them 3 weeks ago. Received confirmation of payment and that delivery would be within 2-3 days. Still waiting. No delivery correspondence. Sent email chasing but no response. This is a scam company, do not use. They should not be allowed to trade.
Appalling customer service
I placed an order for bulbs. All seemed ok in the order process. The package arrived with one of the bulbs shattered. I have emailed sales@ 3 times over the past few weeks regarding the broken bulb and have not had a reply to any of the emails. Appalling customer service. If your order arrives intact, count yourself lucky!

Appalling. They pretend they’ve dispatched by taking out a tracking number, but dispatch actually takes forever. They don’t return emails or answer the phone. Avoid!

Not sure they are still in business; do not respond to emails and phone goes unanswered. In the end I claimed money back from credit card company.

Still waiting for order! Radio silence and have contacted sales enquiries twice for an update - nothing. Well over the estimated business days. Wouldn’t recommend and may need to fight to get my money back. Unacceptable!

I sent an email waited a week then sent another. I then tried the online chat which stated they "reply immediately", which they didn't. An automated reply said to leave an email address which was ignored.
I was going to purchase some more product but believe their is something seriously wrong with this company and have given up trying to speak with someone

As others have said. They are quoting 2-3 working days
for delivery. And not delivering. I needed these bulbs will not reorder. Either tell us the correct delivery times or lose business

I ordered 4 light bulbs on the 13 September, the said it would be 2 to 3 days delivery, it is now 10 days later and after trying to contact them by phone which is not available, and sending 2 E-Mails with no reply, I think this is a SCAM company.
Very disappointed.

I placed an order on their web site, and received an e-mail acknowledgement of my order.
However more than 2 weeks passed, and I heard nothing. I have sent them two e-mails and had no reply.
There is no phone number on their web site, or I would have rung them.
I found a telephone number on their Facebook page but it appears to be out of order.
UPDATE
Have finally had a reply. Apparently one member of staff tested positive for Covid, so everyone in the company then had to self isolate. They didn't set up an automated reply for e-mails, and there was no information on the web site. So it did leave customers rather in the dark. However they now seem to be back, and I should get my order fairly soon.
Fantastic service ...
After one of my spotlights went in my bathroom I went out and bought a pack of 5 bulbs to find they were the wrong colour. As I had tried one I wasn’t able to return the pack. I had no idea there were different colours to choose from, shows how often I buy lightbulbs! I ordered from this company and again I ordered the wrong colour. Charlene was so prompt in answering all my queries and allowed me a full refund without hesitation. I have now ordered a full set of Daylight bulbs as advised by Charlene. I will definitely order from here again as the customer service is fantastic. They are a family run business and they care about their customers.

New LED R80 light bulbs for my old R80…
New LED R80 light bulbs for my old R80 fittings that are recessed in the ceiling so I didn't want the hassle of new fittings. LEDSmiths' price beat others on line so I went with them despite not having heard of them before. The order arrived quickly and was well packed. I simply screwed in the bulbs and the new light was bright and the colour I would say is similar to day time light without being too harsh. I am really very please with LEDSmiths including their communication. Six months on And the bulbs are as good as day one hence a positive review.
