Same thing as another reviewer I placed…

Same thing as another reviewer I placed an order on 2nd December. No confirmation email but money taken out of my account. Contacted customer service who gave me a tracking number for UPS. UPS site says Awaiting wholesale invoice. 10th December UPS site saying returned to France delivered to a DUVAL in Saran France ! I have today asked them to re-credit my card and will update you as and when
