When is a Meter reading not a reading ?

Let me begin by stating I am billed monthly and pay monthly. BG email me when to give my meter reading which I insert into my online account meter readings.
I record my meter readings accurately.
All the bills that were on my account and that I could see how they had been calculated have now been replaced. There are now 33 entries of amounts going in and going out again. No bill can now be downloaded to check either the units or meter readings.
I am wondering whether my readings are being overruled/challenged because it is now Summer I am only using Gas to heat the water and so my consumption will have gone down considerably and rather than take that into account they are just not accepting the reading and making an assumption and estimating my bills and consumption. This is just not on. I have raised a complaint. I am very annoyed.
Thanks Fiona but I dont do facebook or twitter I have already used live chat 3 times in the past week. And had a lengthy phone call to customer services which ended up with my bill for june being updated twice both amounts were different to the tune of around £70 more than the first was. Neither were invoices that could be down loaded and checked as to their accuracy. Why no email address that actually takes emails ? You have chosen the wrong customer to upset this time.
