Some items are quite good, some... not so much.
Gladiator sandals - excellent, comfy, hold their own
Belt - excellent, pretty, no plastic buckles
Short leggings - excellent, good material and print quality
Long leggings - cheapo, not good, design on the mesh got rubbed out, the bottoms (ankles) became loose and dangly, nope.
Cargo pants - wore them twice and they tore, the print on the straps came off in the wash as well, nope.
Bodysuits - 2x good, no issues, good material and print 1x nope, print on straps came off like with the cargo pants.

Awaiting another order, so i'll see :D Kinder surprise :D

Ekoplaza Bussum - why do you put your "Magic boxes" on Too Good To Go like less than 1 hour before closing? Money money kaching?
I was given items expired yesterday. Another considerate colleague replaced them with items expiring today - such as a mouldy quiche. That quiche was so mouldy, I mistook the mould for spinach at a quick glance! Am I supposed to eat that past 19:00? You think that is healthy? You're supposed to be eko bio healthy, so why do you think eating past 19:00 is healthy?

I think your store does not agree with the image of "Eko" you paint here - I won't be buying your overpriced s**t anymore.

I have several products:
Salicylic acid cleanser - good one. Like it. Helped with my body acne.
Glycolic acid toner - same. It's a good one.
Vit C 30% - wish I bought the other with the ECG or something. This one gave me a pretty bad chemical burn, breakouts galore (the bad, inflamed kind), and the texture is just so horrible. I have the urge to constantly touch my face because it feels like there's something on it. I did mix it with hyaluronic acid as recommended but nope, the awful texture and the burns were still present (as in - I waited for the initial burns to heal obviously), not going onto my skin anymore.

Yes yes and one more time yes.
My skin has been so much better since I am using these prods.
Niacinamide + zinc pills a tiny bit if I put too much, but it's so great, and I love what it does to my skin.
Granactive retinoids in Squalane are so gentle to my sensitive skin, do not cause irritation like other retinol products.
Buffet + Copper peptide serum - testing rn, my only qualm is that you should add a bigger warning to NOT mix with Vit C, boy was I orange like an oompaloompa and it burned. When I used it alone it was ok.
Salicylic acid masque - good, but too little product for too much price.
Moisturizing factors with HA - Hmm, not a good pick for my dry skin, but objectively speaking I still like it. I just need an extra slap of jojoba oil.

Mission this mission that, save food this save food that. Looks good on paper, but the reality? My orders:
1. Ekoplaza Bussum, Bread box - cancelled in time by the store.
2. Ekoplaza Bussum, Veggie box - lucky I looked at the app LITERALLY as I was standing at the door, because cancelled. 30 minutes ago it was still OK.
3. Ekoplaza Bussum, Magic Box - Employee gave me items expired yesterday. I didn't notice. His colleague replaced these items, with some expiring today: A moldy quiche, this meat stuff that was clearly browned up and I would not trust it (it was pink on the side where it was touching the plastic, only the edges were brown), burrata cheese and shawarma pieces I think are ok (look ok, didn't open them yet), but the pickup is 19:00-19:45, who the floof eats that late? Clearly just the store caring to moneygrab less than 1 hour before closing. Funny, because Ekoplaza is all about "biological healthy eating" bs. This app also opened my eyes to not shop here anymore.
4. Le Perron (bakery) Bussum Tomorrow - see edit on the bottom.

I have contacted the staff from the app and hopefully I can at least get a partial refund, as these items cost me 5€ ... for one cheese and one shawarma! Could have gotten those items for the same price but actually fresh! It wasn't even a little bit of mould on that quiche, it was so much I whopping mistook it for spinach!!!!

Depending on the outcome and tomorrow's pickup I'll change my review. I am NOT happy so far.

Edit: Le Perron gave me great amount of bread for great price. The Ekoplaza Shawarma turned out to be edible, but the cheese wasn't, oh boy did I gag. They refunded the Ekoplaza order.

I think this app is good, but AVOID chains like Ekoplaza, or any non-small business, because the big fishes don't care about small people, only about their pockets, even if it's an extra 5€.

Wow, so many bad reviews :D I frequent them and they're fine, the online delivery works good for me as well... I ordered in Dec-20 from them and they delivered everything without any issues, undamaged :D ....they are my go to art shop if I need more mainstream brand paints. Tho I would appreciate if the brushes they are selling ale photographed with a ruler or something, as I bought the wrong brushes :D

I was just having a bad day, literally just needed someone to talk to. But it seems listeners are only there to promote their therapy feature, not to actively listen. I said I had a nightmare with my father... "hAvE yOu CoNsIdErEd ThErApY?" As soon as I said I cannot afford 150 per month, they went silent. Gosh, even a wall listens better and has more emotions than their listeners!

I order regularly I was always satisfied. Once my package was destroyed and they did not inform me, however after asking they resolved the situation. Luckily I didn't need the products immediately. Other than that I order regularly and they deliver as promised.

Took ages to deliver, later I found that the same moulds they sell are on aliexpress with literally the same pictures for half the price. That is most likely while it took AGES to deliver. After a few months of no updates I asked for one and they told me "the molds are waiting in customs" (meaning they are NOT from the EU which likely confirms my Aliexpress theory). Three weeks pass and I have to ask for another update because nothing came. They sent me the resin after I asked them to cancel the order and then the one bloody mold I was waiting for separately. That still didn't anger me enough to write this review. The resin they delivered to me is utter useless c r a p. I used the mixing ratio from the packaging on a precision scale, made tripple sure I am not mixing up the hardener with the resin and mixed thoroughly with a mixer. I poured everything in and voilla! I waited a week because I forgot my molds near the heater which kept the tiny room on 25°C and after that I can throw out about 80% of my molds, as it has cured to a sticky jelly which is impossible to clean out of molds with all the crevices! Should have never ever strayed from Gedeo or Cleopatra. My inlaw poured a resin table with the same brand and it came out ABSOLUTELY wrinkly. He had to saw and sand off all the resin. He contacted the shop and they just told him "you bought the wrong one for your project" despite the fact that he consulted with one of the guys from their prior, and BOUGHT THE RESIN BASED ON THEIR RECOMMENDATION. If I could give a negative rating, I totally would.

Quick delivery, good products. I personally avoid Killstar dresses like the plague as 3 out of 3 were short despite other measurements being accurate (I am 179cm, I did not purchase them directly from the site, it was from attitude holland which is a verified reseller and they returned my money) but they were pretty and the quality was good. This time I ordered some belts because you can't go wrong with that and well, simply gorgeous. I like this alt clothing brand a lot.

I wrote to them about my cancellation, saying I don't even have Fit for Free in my city (I moved in April). They demanded my BSN - I am registered in Amsterdam but don't live there. This is relatively normal for expats, with the whole "registration not allowed" thing.

They charge me for like 3 months, just because they are open, I am supposed to get my butt on public transport when the government says "avoid public transport unless NECESSARY" and I don't see why I should travel for an hour because of a gym, when I don't even go to work (home office). I am coughing and I am not even sure whether I have corona or not, but they want me to use their services AGAINST MY WILL, potentially risk other people's and mine wellbeing AGAINST MY WILL and if I don't comply I just pay for nothing? Thin air? Nice practice. I have disputed credit charges, and I am gonna get this resolved. A-holes.

Edit: I didn't get jack resolved. Nobody contacted me to this day either. I hope all your gyms burn to the ground, scammers.

Really kind customer service worker - I asked whether a specific lens was good for snapping pics of birds and they told me yes, but warned me that it's 3kg ;D ... ended up not buying the lens for now, maybe later. I however bought my gopro from here last year and a ringlight, didn't have any issues with either.

Edit 2021: bought the lens and a ring light since then, still my favorite photography shop, never disappointed.

Once I had to return shoes but didn't have my order number nor did I know from which mail I ordered my stuff. I explained the situation - describe in details what I ordered, approx when, with two possible email addresses and that I am missing my number and they found eeeet! :D ...they sent me new shoes :) so far they didn't disappoint, even after multiple orders. AND THEY HAVE ONE EXCLUSIVE SKIRT THAT HAS POCKEEEEEEEETS AAAA :D

Everything I received was alright, true to brand, genuine. Sometimes sizing is not available, but I ordered 3 dresses, all of them were too short so I returned them and they returned my money in credits, which scared me a bit, but then I found that you can pay out your credits, so no issue there :D and nah, this ain't a bought sh*te review.

Wanted to get a therapist as I am on a 9 month bloody waiting list and most therapists around me don't work/are full because of Corona. Betterhelp asked me to fill in a quiz and then simply rejected me with a prompt "I should try face to face therapy" without even giving me a chance to speak for myself...faux pas to have this automated stuff during covid if you ask me. Afterwards I got promptly ignored by customer service. I am not deranged, I was just feeling depressed, have no friends and wanted to talk, but idk, if that's being "too much of a nutcase" to even explain myself to a person (not an automated message) then I believe something sucks here. -100/10

Very nice! I loved it. The ziplines are designed way better than in Amsterdam - I didn't bounce back and didn't have to get back manually to the platform. I disliked that there were too many ladders at the black course, but overall it was nice. The scenery is nice and enjoyable too, we went on a little walk in the forest afterwards.
