Terrible costumer service

Terrible costumer service, ive waited for 17 days for my item to ship, they had an issue with my address and even tho they had my phone number they didn't call to communicate that to me, even when I changed the address on the website they expected me to send a confirmation email which they didn't directly ask of me to do

Never again!.

They take forever to refund items on Amazon and you feel like if they are playing with you or stringing you along.

Items look nothing like the pictures

The item that arrived looks nothing like the pictures! On top of that they don't even reply to emails. I've tried contacting them about this issue, but they just ignored it! Waste of money.

AVOID - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

AVOID - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Ordered 3 items for which tracking showed no updates 3 weeks after placing order. Contacted them, long exchange of messages and phone calls, they said “they are looking into it” and “it’s the courier’s fault” and that my package was “lost” . After more waiting for a few more weeks with no progress with the order I asked for a refund which they confirmed via email. Then I receive a scammy email which said that your refund is credited as “points” to your account and you have to manually convert it to cash refund, which sounds as an illegal procedure to me. I proceeded with the cash conversion and still expecting my money.
They DO NOT HAVE ANY OF THE ITEMS OFFERED IN STOCK and of course don't even have a physical store. They are drop-shipping from a wholesaler or another source and therefore have no control over the orders. THEY ARE JUST PLACING ORDERS TO A SUPPLIER JUST LIKE YOU ARE DOING WITH THEM.
Staff was also rude and passive-aggressive over emails.
After sharing my story with a friend I was informed that they are well known for being unreliable.
DON’T BOTHER, THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER STORES SELLING THE SAME ITEMS AND WHICH ACTUALLY HAVE THEM IN STOCK

Great company!

Never once have I had a problem with Attitude: everything is always delivered relatively quickly, as long as they have it in stock. They don't always have everything in stock, but this is mentioned on the website, so you can mentally prepare yourself to wait. Everything I've ordered has been great quality, reasonable prices and amazing customer service! Highly recommend!

Buy at your own risk.

Ridiculous! I ordered 6 items. One of the items apparently was worn, it smelled really strong to perfume. The second item had a whole seam ripped open and the fabric tag was already cut off. They also put my order on hold because they were waiting for an item that is discontinued, meaning it would never arrive. Their system is super faulty. If I hadn´t contacted them about my order, who knows how long I would have had to wait! My order was supposed to arrive 16 may and it arrived today, the 19th of may. Never again!!!!

Great customer service

I had gotten a pair of demonia shoes where my zipper broke within 1-2 months. Contacted customer service that shipped out a new pair to me with no discussion. Great service I always love buying alt stuff from their place

great store for alt europeans :)!

I've ordered in September, in October and will definitely order in November:) I'm satsified with everything. the packages came quickly and are in good condition. I love that they have discounts very often and it's also great that they give you E-Credits after your purchase:)

I would definitely recommend choosing Attitude Holland if you want to save a lot of money while also being stylish af. <3

Amazing store!

I've bought from Attitude Europe numerous times and I've only ever had positive experiences! Products arrive quickly and are as shown in the pictures. Shipping isn't too expensive and the store has great discounts frequently which is amazing!

I ordered first time here and I must say that they are fast and communicative, BUT they forgot to give DHL my phone number which was quite problematic, because they can not reach me. Fortunately DHL rang the doorbell. Maybe problem was on DHL side, I really dont know. But package was in great condition :)*

Literally my favorite website

If you are alt, this is the website for you, they sell everything from shoes to even umbrellas and much, much more that cater to the alt community.
Yes things are a little expensive, but less expensive than other websites like EMP.
They even have things for the LGBTQ+ community.
They are located in Europe, so I don’t have to pay an enormous fee to get it processed here where I live.
Simply an amazing store.

Amazing

Amazing. Bought a pair of demonias (shoes), a shirt, gloves, hair dye, a choker and a pair of socks. It was all very cheap, VERY fast shipping (only took 5 days for it to get to me in Sweden), and shipping itself was also very cheap. You have a lot of options, as their selection is very big, especially in band tees and shoes.

Only had good experiences so far.

Everything I received was alright, true to brand, genuine. Sometimes sizing is not available, but I ordered 3 dresses, all of them were too short so I returned them and they returned my money in credits, which scared me a bit, but then I found that you can pay out your credits, so no issue there :D and nah, this ain't a bought sh*te review.

Their customer service is a joke

Their customer service is a joke, they react passive aggressive to your questions. I've also recently ordered some things on Black Friday and so far I've received 4 separate emails, one of which was sent today stating that some things I ordered will be delayed despite the fact that at the time of ordering they were in stock. I'm fine with it but it also annoys me that they're still sending me emails about this one week after ordering instead of just sending me my stuff.
Very annoying, just like the way they address their customers.
